Over 200 pages of complaint and other pleadings show that Barack Obama placed his name on the ballot in the state of CA based on fraud and use of a stolen Connecticut Social Security number and forged IDs, such as a forged Selective Service Certificate, Forged birth certificate and so on. He defrauded the people of the state of CA by asserting his U.S citizenship and legitimacy for the position of the U.S. President based on forged and stolen IDs. Additionally, Taitz brought forward evidence of one and a half million invalid voter registrations in CA. This Resident is just a Puppet, who can say anything people want to hear with or without honesty and he is protected by Political Correctness. The Regime Controlled Media" devotes time quoting the Puppet. Some showing agreement and some showing his lies for the same statements. What the Puppet says is meaningless and only used to divert attention and give The "Media" the Regime's talking points so they can indoctrinate the non-informed public.

It isn't clear at this point how much Snowden revealed that wasn't known by Google, Yahoo, Verizon, ATT, Congress, the Media, and the "Courts." I believe the informed were suspicious anyway. He may have just confirmed it so the Media couldn't cover it up any longer.

I suspect the same access in a pro American Government wouldn't be as detrimental to America as providing the same access to this anti-American, and anti-Constitution Regime.

I've heard a number of media people throughout the course of the past day, the past 24 hours, refer to the possibility that we may have to tighten down some of our freedoms, that the age of innocence that is America is over and that we all now may have to join in some sort of sacrifice of our liberties and freedom in order to protect ourselves in the future. And I'm here to tell you right now that if anybody thinks that, I don't care if you're in the news media, I don't care if you're a member of the general population, you are missing the whole point of what being an American is. You do not understand it.
You're missing the whole point of the Constitution. You're missing the whole point of the reason for the founding of this country, the reason for this nation's existence. If you think that the proper response to 9/11 is to ratchet down freedom because of this, if you think that it's worth trading a little freedom in order for security, you must work hard to banish that thought. The exact opposite is what needs to take place here. The exact opposite is what needs to be our motivating attitude. The exact opposite is what's necessary. This nation must reaffirm its freedoms. This nation must rebuild itself, expand upon its freedoms. We cannot allow an event like this to cause us to shrink smaller within ourselves, to become fearful.
And I even said that if it were up to me, the next time and every anniversary of 9/11, we would go to work. We would not take the day off. The terrorists were able to shut this country down on 9/11. They stopped an election in New York City. They shut this country down, and Rudy Giuliani disagreed with me. He thought it would be appropriate to take a day off and have a memorial, but I thought everybody should get up and go to work that day and make sure that the world knows this is not gonna shut down the country. I want to thank you, Brian, for reminding me I'd said that. Now, it's your turn.

Robert Bauer - Discover the Networks

While Obama campaigned against Democrat rival Hillary Clinton, and then against Republican opponent John McCain, Bauer quietly wrote letters to television-station managers and to Assistant Attorney General John Keeney, contending that Federal Election Commission (FEC) rules forbade the airing of any anti-Obama television ads that made any mention of the Senator's well-documented association with former Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers. Bauer filed FEC complaints against groups that were seeking to run such ads, and he intervened on Obama's behalf to prevent the American Leadership Project -- a pro-Hillary Clinton organization -- from running TV spots exposing the strong support Obama had received from the notoriously corrupt Service Employees International Union.

In early 2009 President Obama hired Bauer as legal counsel to represent him in a criminal probe investigating allegations that former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich may have sought -- with Obama's (or Rahm Emanuel's) knowledge -- to sell to the highest bidder the U.S. Senate seat Obama had vacated when he assumed the presidency.

Bauer also has worked on issues related to Obama's ties to Tony Rezko, a corrupt, Chicago-based real-estate developer who was one of the first major financial contributors to Obama's political campaigns in the 1990s. By 2005, Rezko was facing at least 12 lawsuits and was under federal investigation on charges that he had solicited kickbacks from companies seeking state pension business under his friend, Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich.

In November 2009 President Obama named Bauer to be his White House Counsel, replacing Gregory Craig, who resigned abruptly on November 13 (after having repeatedly denied, for weeks, that he had any plans of stepping down).

In addition to his work with Perkins Coie, Bauer is also general counsel to the Democratic National Committee.

Bauer contributes regularly to the Huffington Post and is the author of MoreSoftMoneyHardLaw.com, a blog site where he writes about campaign finance and other political issues. He also serves on the Journal of Law and Politics' National Advisory Board; the Election Law Journal's Editorial Board; and the American Bar Association's Advisory Commission on Election Law.
