Obama Tries to Stop Execution in Texas of Mexican Killer – Patriot Update

President Barack Obama is attempting to block the execution in Texas on Thursday of a Mexican man because it would breach an international convention and do “irreparable harm” to US interests....

Leal, 38, was convicted in 1994 of the rape and murder of a 16-year-old girl in San Antonio. Few question that he was responsible for the killing but the Texas authorities failed to tell Leal, who was born in Mexico and has lived in the US since the age of two, that under the Vienna convention he was entitled to contact the Mexican consulate when he was arrested.

Obama and Holder are doing more “irreparable harm” to US interests than this execution.
Is anyone that claims Mexican citizenship, or any other citizenship, protected from the death penalty under US Law? If so, bring on the foreign citizenship crime. Maybe the Justice Department will provide them weapons at the same time.

Since most of China’s debt has been borrowed in the last decade, China is on an unsustainable trajectory at the current rate of debt accumulation, particularly when economic growth slows down, as it’s expected to do in the coming decade.

Mike from East Texas said he would like to know where the released oil from the reserves was going.
He was betting it was going to foreign countries that can refine only "sweet crude."

I'm betting it's to the highest contributor to the Obama Regime, and that may very well be a foreign country, a trader, a bank, or a hedge fund. Maybe a refinery, but I doubt it.
Don't forget that Soros is out there too.

The United States District Court for the District of Hawaii issued and served a subpoena on July 5, 2011 to the director of the Hawaii Health Department for Obama's original birth certificate

(Jul. 5, 2011) — A process server has delivered a Hawaii court-issued subpoena to Loretta J. Fuddy, Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, commanding her “to produce at the time, date, and place set forth below the following documents, electronically stored information, or objects, and permit their inspection, copying testing, or sampling of the material:”

original 1961 typewritten birth certificate #10641 for Barack Obama, III [sic] issued 08.08.1961, signed by Dr. David Sinclair, Stanley Ann Dunham Obama and registrar Lee, stored in the Health Department of the State of HI from 08081961 until now.

The subpoena allows Fuddy until August 8, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. to produce the document.

The designated place of production is noted as:

Will they appeal, ignore, manufacture a new one, or just let AG Holder handle it behind the scenes? I'm betting on manufacturing a new one.
Manufacturing a new one with father from foreign company still disqualifies Resident Obama.

If Congress goes along with Obama's recommendation to extend the tax depreciation schedule for corporate planes from five years to seven years companies will have less incentive to buy new planes, industry officials said. The president cited ending the special tax treatment as an example of the kind of sacrifice Republican lawmakers should make to help resolve the government's budget dilemma.

"While such talk may appear to some as good politics, the reality is that it hurts one of the leading manufacturing and exporting industries in the United States," Peter Bunce, president of the aviation manufacturers association, and Thomas Buffenbarger, president of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, said in a letter to Obama.

Obama is trying to demonize the private plane industry and engage in class warfare, Sen. Mike Johanns, R-Neb., said.

This might work if Resident Obama would lead by example and give up "his" Corporate jets--Air Force One and Two and Three and Four.
