Soros, the real president, but not legal either.President Obama's assistant secretary of state for population, refugees and migration, Eric P. Schwartz, previously served as the director of a George Soros-funded organization that promoted global governance.
Schwartz also coordinated meetings on behalf of Obama's transition team with a group that advocates placing more blue United Nations helmets on U.S. troops and coercing the U.S. to join the U.N.'s International Criminal Court, which could prosecute American citizens and soldiers for "war crimes" and other offenses.

Arizona Immigration Decision - Andy McCarthy - The Corner on National Review Online
However this ruling came out, it was only going to be the first round. Appeal is certain. But the gleeful Left may want to put away the party hats. This decision is going to anger most of the country. The upshot of it is to tell Americans that if they want the immigration laws enforced, they are going to need a president willing to do it, a Congress willing to make clear that the federal government has no interest in preempting state enforcement, and the selection of judges who will not invent novel legal theories to frustrate enforcement. They are not going to get that from the Obama/Reid/Pelosi Democrats. With any luck The Libs will keep cutting their own throat.
Mark Levin: Arizona Ruling an "Abomination" - HUMAN EVENTS
his court’s decision is a typical example of a judge stating the correct legal standard, but then ignoring it and applying the test in a fashion completely divorced from the facts of the case in order to reach a predetermined decision.Corruption everywhere you turn.

Editorial: Which RACIST Voted A Black Liberationist Into The Oval Office? - Galganov.com
Historically, most people who are not in my frame of mind, who are not equipped to deal with such slurs and defamations, normally stay silent instead of becoming confrontational. This "government" has shown us what a true racist government is really about.
But that was historically.
Because of the Tea Parties and other such Conservative groups including Conservative Talk-Radio and FOX News, most of the people are waking-up to the reality that they’ve been steadily screwed by their government, in order for their representatives to win votes from vocal non-producing minorities.
And like everything else, nothing is forever, NOT even a free ride for the LEFT on the backs of those who have for several generations carried the full load because of White Judeo/Christian GUILT.
The people who have been screaming RACISM for so long, have just screamed it several times too many.
The whirlwind that is just around the corner is ON THOSE who put a Black Liberationist in the White House for no other reason than it felt good.
It reminds me of the Repubs believing that the Libs are acting in good faith, when all the time the Libs are blaming the Repubs for their own corrupt actions.
Which other Socialist advanced this tactic?
The American Spectator : Corn vs. Coronary Bypass Surgery
It is argued here and there that President Obama is not a socialist. But with the incredible recess appointment last week of Dr. Ronald Werrbick to head the newly created American Center for All-American Food Excellence ("American CAFÉ"), the charge of socialism is becoming difficult to refute. Dr. Werrbick will direct an agency that oversees all food production and distribution in the United States. Even though the food industry may account for a slightly smaller portion of U.S. GDP than health care, it is arguably far more important....Anyone hear of this recess appointment?
The following are excerpts from speeches and articles by Dr. Werrbick over the last few years."I cannot believe that the individual food consumer can enforce through choice the proper configurations of a system as massive and complex as food. That is for leaders to do."
"You cap your food budget, and you make the political and economic choices you need to make to keep affordability within reach."
"Please don't put your faith in market forces. It's a popular idea: that Adam Smith's invisible hand would do a better job of designing food policy than leaders with plans can."
"Indeed, the Holy Grail of good food for all in the United States may remain out of reach unless, through rational collective action overriding some individual self-interest, we can reduce per capita costs."
"A progressive policy regime will control and rationalize financing -- control supply."
"The unaided human mind, and the acts of the individual, cannot assure excellence. Food production and distribution is a system, and its performance is a systemic property."
"Food is a common good. We need to move toward a single payer, speaking and buying for the common good."
"For-profit, entrepreneurial providers of fruits, vegetables, meat, and dairy products, for example, may find their business opportunities constrained."
"I would place a commitment to excellence -- standardization to the best known method -- above production and distribution autonomy as a rule for food."
"Food production and distribution has taken a century to learn how badly we need the best of Frederick Taylor [the father of scientific management]. If we can't standardize appropriate parts of our processes to absolute reliability, we cannot approach perfection."
» ObamaCare: The Government’s Rationing Toolbox Exposed - Big Government
As tragic as it is for breast cancer patients today, this arbitrary shift is a preview of one of the tools in the government health care rationing toolbox. The government is not just saying outright that they won’t cover the cost of this, they are hiding their financial decisions behind language like “clinically significant” to lead people to believe the drug doesn’t work. The Avantis case is setting the precedent for the government to arbitrarily deny coverage to millions of American’s based on cost alone.Example of Government rationing based on cost alone.
