25 of History's Deadliest Dictators

I came upon this while researching what dictators have in common and how they are ultimately removed from power.

Saddam Hussein is Number 11 on the list.  If I remember correctly he was removed from power led by America before it was ruled by a leader who campaigned on Transforming America (Progressive State).

Hitler is Number 2 on the list.  If I remember correctly he was removed from power with the aid of America before it was Transformed into a like State.

I detect several patterns here.

What bothers me the most is what happens if America is Transformed into just another one of these Dictatorships?
