Hussein Obama (SS # and other documents are Frauds) and Former Sec. of State Hillary Clinton, and "negotiated" by Sec. of State John Kerry (a Vietnam War Protester).

At the time of the vote, the Deal details were not even in compliance with the conditions initiated under the Bob Corker R-TN Agreement which turned upside down the rules for the Treaty approval. In spite of the incomplete Deal (Treaty) details, Mitch McConnell Jr. R-KY, the Senate Majority Leader called for the vote forcing Senators to vote on an "unknown Deal."
