The Problem--Gas from White House Press Conference?

Mr. Obama announced last week
an agreement with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to impose
the stringent regulations on new and existing sources of methane from
oil and gas production at a White House press conference.

Can you believe a Obama White House press conference produces enough oil and gas that it needs to be regulated?  On the other hand, Obama does spread the BS pretty thick.
