The only way Obama or anyone could get a 2007 COLB, date-stamped June 6, 2007, in June 2008 is to have one forged, and that is exactly what they did.  Normally, if you wanted to authenticate a birth document, you would have a forensic document expert compare the forged facsimile with the real document.  However, if no real document exists, then there is nothing for a forensic document examiner to examine.
If Obama's short-form birth certificate does not exist, then any images of it cannot be authentic, either.  However, how does one prove it?  The first step is to answer the question, "Was the online image made naturally by an image scanner using a genuine paper COLB, or was it fabricated by human intervention and graphics software?"
Who needs a stinkin Birth Certificate, or anything except forged document, to be recognized by the Libs/Communists as their legitimate Master.

    However, he could get a 2007 COLB in 2007---and who ever said that he did not get it in 2007?

    And he got the long form birth certificate in 2011, and the facts on both of them were confirmed repeatedly by the officials of BOTH parties in Hawaii, and by the public Index Data file, and by the birth notices sent to the newspapers of Hawaii by the DOH of Hawaii in 1961, and by the teacher who recalled being told of Obama's birth by a doctor at Kapiolani Hospital and writing home about the unusual event of a birth to a woman named Stanley to her father, also named Stanley.

    Also, in August the conservative secretary of state of Arizona asked Hawaii to confirm that Obama was born there and to confirm specified facts on Obama's birth certificate. Hawaii did, stating that it compared the image of Obama's birth certificate with the file copy (which is an additional confirmation that there was a file copy BTW) and that Obama was born there and that the facts match. The secretary of state of Arizona accepted this confirmation and ruled that Obama will be on the ballot in Arizona in November. This indicates that he does not believe the claims that the birth certificate is forged (including those of Sheriff Joe) and that he does believe the officials in Hawaii.

    How do we know that there is an Obama birth certificate that says that he was born in Honolulu in the files in Hawaii?

    The first way is the short form birth certificate. That was created by a clerk copying the information off of the original document in the files. If there were no document, there could be no short form birth certificate. Hawaii has confirmed that it sent a short form birth certificate (COLB) to Obama.

    The second reason for knowing that there is a birth certificate in the files is that Hawaii said that there is, several times, under both Republican and Democrat governors.

    The third reason was that the current director of health of Hawaii stated in a letter that she had seen the long form birth certificate being created by photocopying onto security paper the original document that was in the files.

    The fourth reason is that the existence of Obama's birth certificate in 1961 is proven by the birth notices sent to the newspapers of Hawaii in 1961 by the DOH of Hawaii. Only the DOH could send those notices to the Health Bureau Statistics section of the papers, and the DOH sent only sent those notices for children whom it had issued birth certificates for.

    No, Just publish the actual Hawaii Birth Certificate and Government Confirmation of his Social Security Number. And while you're at it could you explain why the Birth Certificate he submitted is a fraud? Do you care that he lied about Libya?

    I know you can't and legal documents aren't of any concern to you.

    Legal Documents may not be important, but an illegal Obama is destroying this great country.

    What bothers me, is why YOU don't care.

    He should be charged with Treason. With some luck and an honest court, someday he will.

    I'll bet you can come up with a cover for his actions in Libya. Only 4 known dead with his incompetence. I know, it was just a video no one has seen.

    Have you heard that Obama's Hawaii birth certificate has Father Unknown listed on it? And it has been verified that his Father's Race was left blank as well as Father's occupation on the one on file. These fields were presumably "corrected" on the forged one you are referring to African which wasn't a race back then, and Student in the other.

    This is a Real Bastard case.

    Obama, whose birth certificate is not a fraud and who was born in Hawaii, not in Kenya or any foreign country, was re-elected President of the United States last night. He won both the popular vote majority and significantly more than a majority of the Electoral College votes.

    Oh, and the Father's race column on Obama birth certificate does not say "Race unknown" on it. Nor did it ever. Sheriff Joe was either mistaken or lied.

    Re "African." The answer is that people in Hawaii were allowed to use any word that they wanted to do describe their race, and the word that African exchange students generally used in the 1960s was AFRICAN.

    And it says that Hawaii has Obama's birth certificate on file, and that it has checked the information on the birth certificate published by the White House against the one in the files and found that they match. The word used was MATCH. That means that the facts are exactly the same.

    Notice where it says that there is an original birth certificate filed. Well, in 1961 foreign birth certificates, even those from other states, could not be filed in Hawaii. So the birth certificate in Obama’s files must be a Hawaii birth certificate.

    Notice where it says that the document in the files VERIFIES that Obama was born in Hawaii. So, not only is there an official Hawaiian birth certificate in the files, but it says right on it that Obama was born in Hawaii. Hawaii has never allowed the Department of Health to issue a birth document of any kind that says on it that anyone was born in Hawaii unless there was proof that the child was born in Hawaii, and that is what the officials in Hawaii have confirmed twice.

    Here are the birth notices that appeared in the Hawaii newspaper in August 1961. At the time only notices sent by the DOH of Hawaii appeared in that section of the newspaper (headed "Health Bureau Statistics", and the DOH only sent out those notices for births in Hawaii

    Only the bureau of health, the DOH, could send notices to that section, and the DOH in 1961 only sent birth notices for children that it had issued birth certificates for, and it was not allowed to issue birth certificates to children who were born outside of Hawaii.
