If I WERE THE DEVIL FORECAST

Expect The 2013 Obama and the Democratic-Socialist-Progressive-Forward Party to continue to destroy America, but at an accelerated pace. 

The Best that Could Happen:

The California Court could issue a TRO on Jan 3, 2013 and demand the Office of the President be occupied by a legal natural born American Citizen that didn't obtain the office of President by fraud.

They could demand the current Resident of the White House be charged with treason for presenting two fraudulent Birth Certificates and a using a stolen Social Security Number, and other illegal submissions.  This doesn't even take into account Obama's and the Democratic Party's subversive activities prior to the 2008 Selection.

The Supreme Court, Chief Justice John Roberts, could rule that Resident Obama is not legal, based on a number of know issues.  However, based on the ObamaCare Tax Edict, Justice Roberts is already in the bag.

Of course, the Holder Injustice Department wouldn't enforce the Supreme Courts ruling in any case,  as they are just another part of the Corrupt 2013 Regime.

Now for the Really Really Good News for 2013:

1.  WE can celebrate, the 2012 Cliff Resolution, by adding another $3 million dollars to the Debt by sending our new 2013 Ruler on an Extended Hawaii Golf Celebration.

2.  WE can expect another US Credit Rating adjustment because that will be justified and another planed event that will weaken America again.

3.  WE can expect the Senate to do away with the filibuster rule and completely Socialize the Senate which will continue to destroy The Constitution.

4.  WE don't need no stinking Budget, Constitution, or Congress Under a 2013 Ruler with a Marxist, Socialist, or Communist Senate.

5.  WE will just ignore that useless Congress, since these "slight" adjustments to the Senate and the Constitution will no longer recognize them.

6.  WE might as well stack the Supreme Court to officially destroy any remains of a perceived American Constitutional Government. With complete control of the Senate, the Injustice Department, and the Supreme Court it will be Heaven in Hell.

2013 Regime Edicts:

1.  2013 Czar Budget--Increase Spending --Unlimited, of course.

2.  2013 Regime Budget-- Increase Debt as fast as possible, as before.

3.  2013 ReEducation Gestapo--Increase Welfare/Education(indoctrination)--Regime Selective to establish 50%+ Uninformed voting class that is totally dependent on 2013 Regime. Future will be Working Class.

4.  2013 HHS Gestapo--Wealth Selective to protect Loyalist and eliminate non loyalist.

5.  2013 IRS Gestapo--Selective Rules, Governing, Enforcement, and Collection Agency

6.  2013 ATF Gestapo--Confiscate guns from Constitutionalists and Provide guns to supporting subversives ala Fast and Furious, Syria, Egypt, Pakistan, etc.

7.  2013 State Gestapo--provide necessary assistance to World Bank, UN, OIC,  and The Museum Brotherhood under their direction for One World Government.

8.  2013 HHS Gestapo--Total Authority over foods, medicine, and hospitals including  Class related Selective Death Panels.

9.  2013 Energy Gestapo--Oversee All energy use.  Demand Green Energy for Uninformed Class and reserve and provide Real energy to Ruling Class.

10. 2013 Campaign Gestapo--Establish campaign strategy to Rule the World.

That's what I would do if I were the 2013 Ruling Devil.
