In addition to the illegal votes listed in this article, Dr. Orly Taitz has identified and presented to the courts 1.5 Million illegal voters in CA alone.

I'm more inclined to conclude that our elections are rigged, since the Rigger in Chief controls the Injustice Department.  There isn't much the Rigger in Chief knows anything about, but Voter Fraud is his specialty.
