The non-issuance of the Occidental College records is especially pertinent. The United States Justice Foundation (USJF) served officials at Occidental College with a subpoena to produce records concerning Barack Obama’s attendance there during the 1980’s, because those records could document whether he was attending as a foreign national. Obama attended Occidental on a Fulbright scholarship — financial aid that is reserved for foreign students.

The American Coup of 2009

History will look back at the election of 2006 and 2008 and identify it as The American Coup of 2009. (Actual name isn't important, but the results are important).

It is increasingly obvious that an American Coup is in process and progressing on schedule with some minor adjustments so far.

My objective is to overturn it by exposing it to those that are more trusting and too busy to see reality.

1. The action that exposed the Coup first and most obvious was the U.S. siding with our enemy Chavez in Honduras. This action was against totally democratic action and in support of dictators that have been openly against the United States of America and it's policies.
2. The confirmation came after the July 23 Health Care Media Infomercial. Since the Infomercial wasn't effective, Obama/Axelrod diverted attention from Health Care debate to the arrest of Prof. Gates. The Liberal media responded, and the Conservative Media swallowed the bait. It's all under Control.
   
3. In the background on C-span 3, a hearing was being conducted on how much power to transfer to the Treasury/Administration from Congress in regulating Banks. It's all under Control.
   
4. Israel--Anyone can see that the polices with respect to Israel are losers for both Israel and the Real United States of America and winners for our most identified enemies.
   
5. Economy--No business, organization, or private company is safe to make investments for or in the future. Who would you consider safe--Energy, Health, Insurance, Finance, Education, Transportation, Medicine, etc.? Name any policy that is pro America. It's all under Control.
   
6. Supreme Court--Nominee wasn't radical enough, because even Republicans are going to vote with the Libs. If someone this obviously racially active and biased against The Constitution can obtain Republican support, you can expect someone more Liberal the next time around. Are these Republican supporters part of the Coup? It's all under Control.
   
7. Census--The Administration has already moved the control of 2010 Census inside the White House. It's all under control. Don't count on elections to stop this. The intimidating dirt digger also works in the White House with no conflict. It's all under Control.
   
8. State Media--No major media organizations are holding this Administration or Congress at arms length, or accountable. They even attend 4th of July events with promise not to disclose. Very little leaked out, but the results are obvious. It's all under Control
   
9. Unemployment--This is a good thing for the American Coup. Every unemployed is more dependent on this Administration. The only jobs available are government jobs and increase the control of the new Socialist Government. It's all under control.
   
10. Coup Banks--The new banks are already dependent on this Administration for survival and funds. If they don't corporate they can be intimidated into submission. It's all under Control.
    
11. "Coup Justice System"--Stacked when Holder was confirmed and is openly in charge and on board. Covering for Obama's illegitimate qualification to be President, dismissing supporters cases, and will support International (unconstitutional) Law. It's all under control.
    
12. CZARS--No challenge whatsoever to over 30 Czars. Most are ultra radical and have positions with authority beyond believability and no responsibility other than to the Czar Chief. It's all under control.
    
13. IG dismissal outside the law with no consequences or review. It's all under control.
    
14. Cap and Trade Legislation--Tax the air you breath and charge for air you don't breath. If America buys this one, they are more gullible than anyone can believe. It may soon be under control.
    

The Coup has already taken place. The questions remaining is when will it be realized by American Citizens that it has already occurred? How long, and what cost in treasure and life will it take to overthrow it?

Don't get me wrong, this isn't only Obama. He's only a teleprompter puppet. The leaders of the House, Senate, and many Justices are all part of the Coup.

I can't confirm it, but my best judgment points to George Soros as the Mastermind with money who supported Obama, Clinton, and McCain. He orchestrated and funded multiple organizations both in and out of the media and utilized and abused his means as a "private citizen" to sponsor and finance this Coup. I'm not sure how he did it, but he had control of The Media, now the State Run Media.

After his defeat with Gore vs Bush, he took control of many State Secretary of State positions to control contested elections like the one taken by Franken in MN, and I believe New Mexico and Ohio were two of the others.

This is no longer a Hidden Coup.

Liberal Law Professors Against Sotomayor? [Ed Whelan]

At least one liberal law professor was “completely disgusted” by Judge Sotomayor’s testimony. In an online debate on the Federalist Society’s website, Georgetown law professor Mike Seidman writes:

I was completely disgusted by Judge Sotomayor's testimony today. If she was not perjuring herself, she is intellectually unqualified to be on the Supreme Court. If she was perjuring herself, she is morally unqualified. How could someone who has been on the bench for seventeen years possibly believe that judging in hard cases involves no more than applying the law to the facts? …

Perhaps Justice Sotomayor should be excused because our official ideology about judging is so degraded that she would sacrifice a position on the Supreme Court if she told the truth. Legal academics who defend what she did today have no such excuse. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Anyone reading Sotomayor’s testimony today on foreign law should reach similar conclusions, albeit for very different reasons than Professor Seidman’s.

If this is the best candidate the Libs can put up, then all those Trial Lawyers that finance the Libs must be really dumb. We'll see how dumb they really are if they keep financing an organization that will control the legal profession much like it has control of the banks, the auto industry, the health care, and the energy companies.

Without The Constitution, politics and "empathy" will be, if it's not already, the rule of law.

If Sotomayor is appointed to the Supreme Court, it's another success for Obama's Destroy America Policy.

Who needs the Rule of Law anyway? Government already selectively ignores it. Have you seen documents that support that Obama is a Constitutional president? 30+ Czars? Census from White House? Government Health Care? Industry ownership? etc.

While all of the media is concentrating 24 hour a day coverage on the deaths of Michael Jackson or pontificating on the resignation of Sarah Palin, Obama and the Libs (both politicians and media) continue to light the match to America to see if they can burn America faster than Rome and Nazi Germany burned.

1. Pursue a policy of supporting a dictatorship over a democracy, and joining America's adversaries in Honduras.
2. Continue a policy of appeasement and inaction rather than support those fighting for freedom and democracy in Iran.
3. Watch North Korea test their weapons and become bolder and defy all world sanctions every day.
   
4. Implement an election reward "stimulus package" that lengthens the recession and creates more lost jobs and creates the worst deficit and debt in U.S. History.
   
5. Create a new tax package, "Cap and Tax bill" that will give government even more ability to control and tax every energy related action of every company, individual, or entity.
   
6. Define new interpretation of The Constitution and appoint candidates that will totally ignore The Constitution.
7. Define a program to destroy the best health care system in existence (National Health Care Reform).
   
8. Create a total welfare state that rewards complacency and inaction while punishing achievers and producers.
   
9. Create CZAR's to run functions that bypass Congress which is busy writing and passing legislation that don't even read. The only sections read or those that are inserted as bribes to insure their specific vote.
10. Provide words and stage events to distract the trusting and busy citizens of the real actions, causes, and events they are supporting.
11. Creating, politicizing, and funding organizations to subvert the voter process and disenfranchise the U.S. citizen.
12. Unilaterally disarm America while watching the rest of the world become more dangerous and more powerful.
13. Openly and intentionally disregard The Constitution by refusing to provide proof of legal documents supporting Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro is a Natural Born U.S. Citizen. Not only do they not provide proof, they actively prevent proof from being obtained.
14. Politicize the U.S. Census by using the Census Bureau for data classification, acquisition, and analysis including gps coordinates.
15. Pursue a policy of Open Borders and no official language requirements for citizenship.
16. Negate the rule of law but rewarding and encouraging frivolous law suits that increase cost, and support judges and judgments that ignore the written law. This will continue to accelerate by passing unworthy, unjustified, and oppressive laws.
    

Since this list does not light a cosy fire, hopefully, it will ignite a few fire fighters to slow the destruction. And if it's God's will, we will all wake up and help restore America to it's greatness before we have to relive the pain, suffering and sacrifice of those great warriors that helped free America, England, Germany, France, Italy, Poland, and Iraq.

I can't even imagine the emotions of those still living warriors witnessing the return in one lifetime the recurrence of similar governmental action that led to atrocity's they encountered, the sacrifice they gave, and scars they were forced to endure. All with the hope that no one else would ever have to experience such injustice.
