US is a predominantly Christian country. There are probably a couple of Muslim judges in the whole country. The second time in a row a Muslim judge is being assigned to my case.
This time it is judge David Shaheed in Indiana, who is listed by the “Muslim Observer” as a prominent Muslim judge.
But wait, there is more! He is also related to Andre Carson, prominent Muslim US Representative, who is challenged by one of the plaintiffs on the case, Bob Kern.

If this isn't rectified before trial, then I'm betting a Muslim is behind it somewhere. How much is that worth? Does it qualify as campaign contributions too? Nah, just more corruption at the Highest Level.

But what about the United States of America? The irony is that we, all 311 million Americans are victims of the biggest fraud in the history of this nation. Specifically, this is the fraud committed by one, Barack Hussein Obama. Unfortunately, the level of corruption among our governmental bureaucrats and judges and heavily censored and manipulated puppet US "main stream" (or truly backwater) media is enormous. Even with the undeniable evidence of fraud committed by Obama, we are yet to get a court ruling removing him from the ballot and prosecuting him to the full extent of the law for elections fraud, use of a computer generated forgery, claiming it to be a true and correct copy of his valid birth certificate, use of a stolen Social Security number and hiding his identity under the last name Soetoro and Soebarkah....

Who cares more if Obama/Soetoro is illegal, USSR or USSA?

You can witness this daily. So until Congress has had enough, it will only get worse.

The Department of Energy did not follow its own review process when approving billions of dollars worth of stimulus grants and loans, according to a new Government Accountability Office report as well as the account of a former employee.

A GAO report issued Monday found that, although the DOE Loan Guarantee Program Office had a review process as stringent or more stringent than the private sector, it skipped applicable review steps for loans in some cases, while poor documentation made it impossible to determine if the steps had been completed in other cases. Dates and signatures were missing from review in some instances as well.

In its examination of 13 loan applications, the GAO found the process had at least an 85 percent failure rate on its process check.....

But the assumption that we will “know” all about the Iranian nuke is the basis for the whole debate, even though it’s quite clear we are very unlikely to know that.

We are having the wrong debate, about the wrong questions. The right debate is about the war Iran is waging against us. The Iranian regime kills Americans whenever and wherever they can, including inside the homeland....

I agree with the Washington Post when it says that regime change in Tehran is the only reliable way to stop the Iranian nuclear weapons project. It’s also the only way to win the war they are waging against us, in tandem with an international network that includes Syria, Russia, Venezuela, Bolivia, Cuba, and a collection of wicked actors from terrorist groups like al -Qaeda and Islamic Jihad to international drug dealers.

We have to win that war. The enemies’ central command post is in Tehran, down the hall from Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. I remain convinced that that war can be won without dropping bombs or sending troops; I think the Iranian regime is mortally threatened by its own people. If you look at the regime’s behavior, you can see that Khamenei et. al. believe it too. Otherwise why would the streets be full of security forces to protect against…voters? The supreme leader knows that the people would happily rise up against him — they’ve tried it many times — and so the major cities are under virtual military occupation, all forms of rapid communication, whether by cell phone or via internet, are monitored, blocked or filtered, and anyone suspected of disloyalty is rounded up and thrown into the hell of the prisons and torture chambers.

I think we should support the Iranian opposition even if Iran had no nuclear weapons program at all. It’s both morally and strategically sound policy....

A real deal — not likely to happen — would require Iran to terminate its support for terror, cease its involvement in the Syrian civil war, end the shipment of dangerous materiel to anti-American governments in South America, and, yes, shut down the nuclear weapons program.

Michael not only calls a spade a spade, but he addresses the heart of the problem, which is rarely done today in our political environment with "the existing regime media."

A long awaited press conference was given by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, a five time elected Sheriff, which should have made national and international headlines. Arpaio's credentials include serving in the United States Army from 1950 to 1953, service as a federal narcotics agent serving in countries all over the world with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), and served as the head of the Arizona DEA. Without doubt, this is a serious Law Enforcement Officer, not one to be taken in by tin-foil-hat wearing loons.

Yet, in the five days since his revelations there has been little in the way of serious reporting on the findings he presented in his presser. With 6 short videos, the Sheriff and his team presented a devastating case, one the tame US press is apparently unable to report.

On April 27, 2011, President Barack walked into the White House Press room with a Cheshire cat like grin and a "Long Form Birth Certificate" from the State of Hawaii in hand. From the podium in the press room, Mr. Obama said, "We're not going to be able to solve our problems if we get distracted by sideshows and carnival barkers,". Quite the barb from a man holding a forged document.
That's right, forged....

Almost every week brings a new reason for the United States House of Representatives to bring impeachment charges against President Obama. The question of the day is not why he should be impeached but why it hasn’t already been done....

Either the Constitution limits the president’s powers or it does not. If it does, Obama must be impeached for his actions. If not, then a dictatorship is not only inevitable, it will be upon us soon.

In other government-related legal news, Gary Barnett, the New York–based head of the derivatives and structured finance department at Linklaters, is leaving the firm to run the swaps unit of the new federal agency charged with overseeing the $600 trillion derivatives market, the agency announced Monday.

Barnett's official title will be director of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Division of Swap Dealer and Intermediary Oversight. He will begin work in September, a commission spokesman said.

Barnett, who specializes in the global swaps market, joined Linklaters in 2004. Prior to that, he served as cohead of Shearman & Sterling's securitization and derivatives practice.

Finally, last week, Grassley and his colleagues got a response -- they wouldn't really call it an answer -- from the attorney general. Holder told Grassley that at least nine department officials formerly represented detainees. (It is "at least" because Holder conceded that he did not make a complete survey of DOJ's political appointees.) Holder confirmed that Katyal and Daskal worked on detainee issues -- something Grassley already knew -- but did not reveal the names of the other department officials involved. He did say that they are allowed to work on detainee issues.

1.) The purported “long form birth certificate” published on the White House website last year is a computer generated forgery consisting of at least 9 layers of selected information and photo shopped into one “document.” It is NOT a scan or copy of a single,genuine document. A portion of the evidence supporting this claim includes the fact that name and date stamps of the Hawaii Department of Health Registrar were “computer generated images imported into an electronic document,as opposed to actual rubber stamp imprints inked by hand or machine onto a paper document.”
Mike Zullo,retired New Jersey police detective and lead Posse investigator,says the team believes “…the Hawaii Department of Health has engaged in a systematic effort to hide from public inspection any original 1961 birth records it may have in its possession.”
2.) The date stamp used on Obama’s Selective Service Card was not one used at the time (1980). Obama’s card shows a #2 (2 digit) pica stamp,but all others used by the post office at which he turned in his card were stamped with a #4 (4 digit).
3.) Perhaps the most interesting finding of the team and arguably one of the most damning concerned records of airline flights to the United States in 1961,the year in which Obama was born. As the file distributed at the press conference states:
“Records of Immigration and Naturalization Service cards filled out by airplane passengers arriving on international flights originating outside the United States in the month of August 1961,examined at the National Archives in Washington,D.C.,are missing records for the week of President Obama’s birth,including the dates Aug. 1,1961 through Aug. 7,1961.”
As Zullo stated,thousands of records on microfilm were turned over for use by the Cold Case Posse,yet only those during the week of Obama’s birth went somehow missing! A truly remarkable coincidence.

Help needed to Determine "Obama" Official Name

In case of Obama there is no evidence anywhere to ascertain, what Obama’s full name is. Obama’s different documents show his full name to be either Barack Obama or Barack Hussein Obama or Barack A Hussein Obama (nobody knows what initial A. stands for, though it is rumored to be Abdullah), Barack Hussein Obama, II, or Barack Obama Soebarkah, or Barry Obama or Barry Soetoro. Nobody knows, what is this man’s full name. Obama or his representatives got the complaint and had an opportunity to provide competent admissible evidence of his full name. They never did it.
