At least Aaron Alexis was being treated for Mental Illness.

There is no released data that Obama/Soetoro/Bounel/Davis is being treated, but with his list of Indicators you have to know he needs treatment and is a definite threat to American security. 

Play cards during Special Forces Raid on Bin Laden, AWOL re Benghazi, Fraudulent Birth Certificates and Social Security Number, Campaigning during Navy Yard attack, Lying all the time and appearing not to recognize it, obsessed with violence of hitting a White Ball and Shooting Golfs with a bag full of weapons, threatening to attack Syria with a pin prick with no real objective, and no anticipation of response, etc.  (Obama/Soetoro/Bounel/Davis has to have PTSD as illustrated by his lack of competence, or he definitely is insane.)
