I'm not sure this Regime, or their RINO partners, recognize a REAL BUDGET!
Can you have a Budget if you don't have to follow the LAW if there is one.
Just take it to a Corrupt Court until you get a favorable ruling from the Reid Stacked Courts. This is only necessary if ignoring the law is challenged, which it isn't.
As long as Impeachment is off the Table, no Law affecting King Obama exists.
