Whistleblower Protections for the Intelligence Community
We left part of the work undone 25 years ago. The Civil Service
Reform Act of 1978 had exceptions for the FBI, the CIA, the NSA, and the
other parts of the intelligence community.
The Whistleblower Protection Act left employees of those agencies unprotected, and so have the laws that followed it.
Back in 2012, I championed the addition of intelligence whistleblower
protections to the Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act. The
provision I authored prohibited various forms of retaliation, including
changing an employee’s access to classified information. Working
closely with the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, we got that
language into the bill that passed the Senate by unanimous consent on
May 8, 2012. However, it was not included in the bill the House passed
on September 28, 2012.
Prior to the differences being reconciled, on October 10, 2012,Who do you trust? Obama/Holder, or Snowden?
President Obama issued Presidential Policy Directive 19. It provided
certain limited protections for whistleblowers with access to classified
information. However, it was weaker than the provisions I had authored
in the Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act. Unfortunately,
President Obama’s action undercut support for those provisions by
suggesting that statutory protection was now unnecessary. The final law
that passed in November left intelligence whistleblowers at the mercy
of the presidential directive.

You were correct in stating that my brief was accepted as Amicus Curiae, meaning Friend of the Court.Just the Facts Mam, Just the Facts!
You were wrong however, and committed journalistic malpractice in
claiming “Orly Taitz, a lawyer who has previously challenged Mr. Obama’s
birth, arguing despite evidence to the contrary that he is ineligible
to be president.” In reality no court has adjudicated the issue of
Obama’s eligibility on the merits. Several judges ruled that they did
not have jurisdiction to rule on the merits or that this is a political
question to be decided by Congress. There are several eligibility cases,
which are still lingering in several courts around the nation. All the
evidence, that was submitted to court, as can be seen in the file
attached herein Table of evidence of forgery, fraud and fabrication in Obama’s IDs,
shows that Obama is using a Connecticut Social security number
042-68-4425, which was never assigned to him and was actually assigned
to a citizen of Connecticut Harry J. Bounel, born in 1890, immigrated to
US in 1912 and presumed to be deceased without heirs. Additionally,
attached file contains a sworn affidavit from a Chief Investigator of
the US Coast Guard, Stephen Jeffrey Coffman, who attests that Obama’s
selective service certificate is a flagrant forgery containing a
fabricated 1980 cancellation USPS stamp. Further, multiple affidavits
from experts and top government officials showing flagrant forgery in
other IDs.
