Government Accountability Act (GAA)

The Government Accountability Act will require taxpayer oversight and accountability review of Any and All Government Officials by Private Sector Taxpayers.

As taxpayers we need to demand the same treatment of our "Government" as the "Government" is requiring from private sectors such as bankers, auto manufacturers, hedge fund investors, airlines, health care, insurance, and all other private sector leaders that have been required to appear before many incompetent and embarrassing government panels.

As Taxpayers we should commence necessary panels chaired by leaders of what's left of the Capitalist private sector to question, under oath, the justification of the overall management, leadership and judgment and spending of our tax dollars by these government officials. The Taxpayers will also specify the limits and approved perks for each official in conducting their duties and have the power to remove them from their panels if they are found unqualified.

The GAA is designed to provide the voters accurate information about Government Officials and remove those who abuse their power at the expense of the taxpayers and the U.S. Citizen, while ignoring The Constitution which they have sworn to follow.

Our Government official are currently so powerful, corrupt, and power hungry that they have created for themselves a Tyrannic government that is unchecked, unbridled, and no longer responsible to the Right of The People or The Constitution of the United States.

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
