Surprise--Obama Justice Department is Political Too

As with all of the The Obama Administration, Obama Politics trumps ethics, reason, and The Constitution.

America better wake up and get involved before it's too late, if it isn't already. Now The Rule of Law, also, is being replaced by The Rule of the Lawless.

The current effort against these attorneys is designed to intimidate current lawyers that might challenge the Obama lawlessness and remove the existing lawyers, who's "crime" was to do their job and help keep America safe. It is also designed to remove them from their lifetime appointments and destroy their credibility. These actions simply are a move to extend Obama's power and eliminate potential challenges to it.

The following article in NRO illustrates the selective abuse of the law this "administration" will engage to accomplish their objectives:

The Justice Department’s Torture Hypocrisy
Investigate Bush lawyers’ torture analysis one day, cite it favorably the next.

By Andrew C. McCarthy
The Obama Justice Department is engaged in the worst type of hypocrisy. Its Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) is nearing completion of a 220-page report which will recommend that Attorney General Eric Holder refer former Bush administration lawyers to their state bar disciplinary committees over purported ethical lapses in the legal analysis those lawyers drafted to justify harsh interrogation techniques that critics — including President Obama himself — have labeled “torture.” The draft report, which is not public, was nevertheless reported on last night by the Washington Post and New York Times — apparently based on leaks from the Justice Department (in an ethics case, no less). Such bar referrals could result in profound professional and financial damage, potentially including disbarment — all due to actions the lawyers took in defense of the United States after the 9/11 attacks....
Before this administration is finished, this Country will be divided as it has never been since The Civil War. It will not be on regional grounds, but it will be on principle grounds: Right vs Wrong, Good vs Evil, Rich vs Poor, Moral vs Immoral, People Rule vs Government Rule, Governed vs Ruled, Capitalism vs Socialism, Elected vs Selected, Freedom vs Slavery, Power vs Powerless, Strong vs Weak, and Old vs Young. You Name It as long as it divides and increases Obama/Liberal Power.
