Conyers' husband is John Conyers, a Detroit Democrat who chairs the House Judiciary Committee in Congress. He has no role in the case.

The sludge contract was rescinded in January.

Jackson pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit bribery to win the $47 million-a-year sludge deal for Synago Technologies.

Jackson said he arranged at least four payments for Council Member A, including $3,000 on the same day Conyers joined with the majority in approving the Synagro deal, 5-4.

Liberals Destroy America Acts

The Libs under the subversive leadership of Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Frank, Waxman, Dodd, and many many others are in the process of dismantling America. It is possible the greatest country on Earth will be damaged to the extent it can never recover.

1. Cap and Trade (Tax)--This legislation being brought before Congress today will give government control over all energy resources by taxing all of us to reshape the World to their flawed Green View. Don't be fooled. They know this isn't a climate or air quality solution. They tell you that while they are picking your pocket and creating Total Power for themselves. If you believe any different, you are either a fool, or being fooled.

2. Health Care Legislation--This legislation will give government control of who lives and who dies and when. It perpetuates the fact that they will tell you what you should do for your entire life. Eat this, don't eat that, do this, don't do that... If this bill passes, they will determine what doctors make, what doctors practice, and destroy the finest health care in the world.

3. Destroy Sovereignty--Right now the Libs are destroying the dollar and our great economy, and giving the IMF and UN more control over the United States of America. There is even talk of the UN acting like a Global IRS.

4. Destroy the Rule of Law--Stack the Courts with anti Constitutionalists and Power distribution judges.

5. Pedophile Protection Act--This legislation is designed to eliminate any moral judgment and destroy what little American culture that remains.

6. Amnesty for Everybody--This legislation is designed to increase the number of people that vote for Libs while it requires those that aren't Lib to pay for them. It too will destroy the culture of America and redefine what it means to be a citizen.

7. Census Farce--28 page document designed to classify people so the government can perpetuate class warfare. It doesn't even determine if you are a Citizen of the U.S.

8. Anti Democracy Defense Policy--As you witnessed in the handling of Iran and Israel, this "government" is promoting appeasement rather pro democracy leadership. A policy guaranteed to fail if you are pro democracy. Keep an eye on Iraq. It is probable our Lib Government will will claim victory and accept defeat. At least that's their track record.

9. Anti Business Policy--Destroy incentive to invest, increase unemployment, and increase the total number dependent on the "government." Don't forget to claim just the opposite.

The Libs keep saying "The American People Voted for Change when they voted for Obama." Well I don't think they realized All of the Change was going to be anti American and this big a disaster.

If all of the above occur, Hussein Obama will be more popular than Barack Obama.

Obama Health Care Sham

Oh, you don't think it's a sham?

Then ask, will Congress, both House and Senate, and the illegal President include themselves in The Plan and opt out of their current plan?

Running and ruining health plans for everyone else makes no sense. White House counsel research director. Though she is inside one of the most powerful legal offices in the land, Miss Daly holds no law degree and doesn't list any legal training on her resume.

Her sole experience has been as an opposition researcher for Democratic political campaigns: She helped dig up dirt on rivals, or on her own nominee to prepare for attacks.

...Harold Koh’s views on foreign policy.

He has said he believes national sovereignty is obsolete. He has written critically about the very idea of American exceptionalism.

How does he deal with the views across the world that don’t match up with his political views? Why isn’t the Senate making a bigger stink?

He has a selective approach. He is interested in advancing foreign law only when it helps with a leftist agenda. There is only one Republican in the Foreign Relations Committee who voted him out: Richard Lugar. The key is to get some of the moderate Democrats to ask if they think he’s fit for his position.

Harold Koh’s position is that the invasion of Iraq is a violation of international law; therefore, it should follow that the senators that voted for it, participated in war crimes.

We now have the White House in full Chicago thug mode — maligning fired AmeriCorps inspector general Gerald Walpin as “confused” and “disoriented.” Yep, that was the response after Democrat Sen. Claire McCaskill weighed in and pronounced herself unsatistifed with Obama’s “loss of confidence” rationale.

Implying that Walpin has lost his marbles is desperate and lame. Walpin has been consistenly lucid and laser-sharp in every TV and radio interview I’ve seen or heard — including on the Laura Ingraham show yesterday, where he noted that evidence in the Sacramento mayor/NBA star/Obama crony Kevin Johnson case was destroyed.

Far from being “confused” and “disoriented,” Walpin is clear as day. Anyone who actually reads through his audits and investigative reports knows that. You can, should, and must read Walpin’s reports both on CUNY funding abuse and on the Johnson scandal here.

• We know that Article II—Section I of the US Constitution was very important to liberals when they challenged John McCain’s eligibility for POTUS on the basis that he was born in Panama, albeit on a US Naval base in Panama, to a well regarded US Naval Commander stationed in Panama at the time.
  
• We know that the same issue is of no interest whatsoever to liberals, when concerning Barack Obama.
  
• We know that even if the COLB (Certificate of Live Birth) presented by Obama to demonstrate his status as a “natural born citizen,‚” is not a forgery as it has been alleged to be by document authentication experts, it still does not prove where Obama was born as it provides none of the key “witness to the birth‚” information only available on a true long form birth certificate.
  
• We know that Obama family members have signed a legal affidavit stating that they were present at Obama’s birth, in Kenya.
  
• We know that Hawaii had a practice of issuing COLBs to children known to be born outside of the US.
  
• We know that Barack Obama’s stated father, Barack Obama Sr. was NOT a US citizen. So even if Jr. was born in Hawaii, he would still not qualify as one without “dual loyalties‚” as the son of a Kenyan British subject.
  
• We know that Barack Jr. was adopted by Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia, and attended school in Jakarta registered as a Muslim citizen of Indonesia, which was only possible as the adopted son of Soetoro and legal citizen of Indonesia, which at the time did not allow dual citizenship with the US.
  
• We know that Barack Jr. remained the legal adopted son of Soetoro at least until his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, filed for divorce on June 15, 1980, when she listed Barack as the son of both her and Lolo Soetoro, then over the age of 18, but still dependent upon both parties in the divorce, for his continuing education. • Since Barack Jr. entered college at Occidental in the fall of 1979 and remained at Occidental until the spring of 1981, we know that he must have entered Occidental under the name Barry Soetoro, the name used since his adoption in Indonesia.
  
• We know that Occidental has stated that - “Neither Obama’s image nor name appear in any Occidental yearbooks or weekly student newspaper for the years he attended,‚” Which means that there is NO hard public evidence which proves that Barack Obama ever attended Occidental College. Likely because they had him as Barry Soetoro… a legal citizen of Indonesia, which is how his mother identified him in her 1980 divorce filing. [3]
  
• We know that he traveled to Pakistan with a college acquaintance during the same time frame, a trip not possible on a US passport at the time, as Pakistan was off-limits to US travelers on a US passport.
  
• We know that to reconstitute himself as a citizen of the US after becoming a citizen of Indonesia, he would have had to do so through the standard naturalization process, no evidence of which seems to exist.
  
• We know that his mother was an employee of the US government, specifically USAID, the US Agency for International Development, a government agency providing US economic and humanitarian assistance worldwide for more than 40 years, which paid for her four bedroom home in Hawaii, and two live-in domestic servants. • We know that she met Barack’s alleged father in a Russian Language class, immediately after leaving High School.
  
• We know that his connections to anti-American evil-doers like domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, the Black Nationalist racist Rev. Wright, Saudi Royal Family international front-man Dr. Khalid al-Mansour (aka Don Warden), Chicago thug Tony Rezko, Communist Frank Marshall Davis and many others, spans beyond his life and into that of his mother’s.
  
• We know that Obama has thus far spent approximately $1 million in cold cash to keep his birth, college and passport records sealed, Top Secret.
  
• We know that Article II—Section I of the Constitution means exactly what it says or the Constitution means absolutely nothing at all to any American.
  
• We know that no matter how you come at the subject, there is more than ample evidence to justify a full blown investigation into just who and what Barack Hussein Obama really is, but that not one major news agency, not one US court, and not one member of the US Congress wants to touch this thing with a ten foot pole.

Isn't it interesting Obama has spent over One Million Dollars to keep his records from exposing his guilt and has chosen not to challenge a charge that would require him to release his records.

It has finally happened. With yesterday's naming of Border Czar Alan Bersin, the Obama administration has by any reasonable reckoning passed the Romanov Dynasty in the production of czars. The Romanovs ruled Russia from 1613 with the ascension of Michael I through the abdication of Czar Nicholas II in 1917. During that time, they produced 18 czars. While it is harder to exactly count the number of Obama administration czars, with yesterday's appointment it seems fair to say it is now certainly in excess of 18.

In addition to Bersin, we have energy czar Carol Browner, urban czar Adolfo Carrion, Jr., infotech czar Vivek Kundra, faith-based czar Joshua DuBois, health reform czar Nancy-Ann DeParle, new TARP czar Herb Allison, stimulus accountability czar Earl Devaney, non-proliferation czar Gary Samore, terrorism czar John Brennan, regulatory czar Cass Sunstein, drug czar Gil Kerlikowske, and Guantanamo closure czar Daniel Fried. We also have a host of special envoys that fall into the czar category including AfPak special envoy Richard Holbrooke, Mideast peace envoy George Mitchell, special advisor for the Persian Gulf and Southwest Asia Dennis Ross, Sudan special envoy J. Scott Gration and climate special envoy Todd Stern. That's 18.

I predict the Campaigner in Chief will have more Czars than this. Since there is so much he knows that isn't so and the Libs are willing to sacrifice their responsibility and ignore The Constitution, he will continue to appoint lobbyist to head his fund raisers from as many sectors as possible to create and secure the Obama Dynasty.

The disclosure statement filed by White House health czar Nancy-Ann DeParle, released this week, shows that from the start of last year until her appointment this March, she pulled in more than $2.3 million from her positions on the boards of six firms likely to be significantly affected by the health care reforms that she’s championing.

And in 2006 and 2007, DeParle earned at least $3.5 million from director’s fees and stock sales and awards from health care firms, according to a Chicago Tribune analysis of securities

filings.

In the days after her appointment, she stepped down from the corporate boards of Cerner, Medco Health Solutions, Boston Scientific, CareMore Health Plan and Legacy Hospital Partners, as well as from her post as managing director of a private equity firm that controlled some of those companies and a variety of other health care firms, according to the White House filing, which also shows that she resigned last July from the board of DaVita.

Starting with this posting I have initiated a New Series called the Obama Kingdom Series designated in this blog with a * in the title.

It all began a little over a month ago when a Mallard Duck Family moved into my local neighborhood. At the time there was just an occasional Father (in the pool), a Mother to be (nesting right of male just behind deck) , and some of their friends. At first I thought it was going to be a refreshing break from the Political Correct issues we have been exposed to since Obama became Campaigner in Chief after forcing out his competition for Senate and being installed as a Senator to fund his career of campaigning to be selected the Messiah in the 2008 election.

Since I had equivalent duck raising experience once before, I considered myself the Authority in raising ducks much the same as Obama is the Authority in running a country, which is where the similarity with Obama began to click and I said to myself, Myself why don't you just impose Obama policies on these ducks. My qualifying duck experience started about this same time in 2002. We started with a mother Mallard, nine eggs, and progressed over 3 months to 7 newly grown ducks. Of course the irresponsible drake had assisted in the creation of the fertilized eggs. Much like the males in Obama's society today, the males don't particiapate in nurting the young.

So as a result of these similarities between Obama's experience running a country and my experience raising ducks, I decided to create an Obama Kingdom in my own back yard which would utilize Obama techniques. Instead of the Messiah of the country, I would become the Messiah to these ducks and apply the same principles to these ducks as much as possible as the priciples and philosophy Obama has implemente for his Kingdom.

When you think about it there are a lot of similar principles and regulations that these ducks will grow to appreciate. If they are given the chance to benefit of my widsom and experience similar to our benefiting from Obama's widom and experience, these new Subjects will realize and begin the unification of all the creatures in nature. They too will be pioneers and no longer look at other creatures as predators and different from themselve. Of course they may have to sacrifice, but that is what Obama Subjects in his Kingdom are expected to do also.

The fundamental governing rules that we are sworn to are the Consitution and Bill of Rights for Obama's Kingdom, and the Laws of Nature for the Ducks in My Kingdom. Realizing that both of these are old and outdated, we will only give lip service to their adhearance and will proceed to refer to them when beneficial, but we will taylor the merrits of enforcement based on our experience and infinite wisdom.

Like Obama, I realized early on that sexual discrimination and parental responsibility were going to be key issues for ducklings. I started preparing my campaign for selection as Messiah when the duklings were old enough to choose me. Knowing that new ducklings wouldn't have time to form negative bias, it would be best for them to select their leader in this democratic process at that time. It was aparant that would be a good time to have the selection process when their minds are fresh and they would consider change more readily. Especially if I featured age discrimination and anticipated the vote disparity this would give me a big advantage, which is another Obama technique I would use.
