Deal Challenges Obama’s Eligibility | The Post & Email

Deal Challenges Obama’s Eligibility | The Post & Email
Even if the putative president ignores the challenge, he cannot hide from it, because by doing so he admits his guilt through silence. The question has to be asked near and far, why would a president who has promised greater transparency than any previous administration pay upwards of $2,000,000 of taxpayer money to hide documents that could resolve the matter once and for all time for the cost of $20.00. He has publicly admitted on more than one occasion that his father was NOT an American citizen. This alone disqualifies him from eligibility based on Article 2, Section 1, Paragraph 5 of the Constitution, and consequently makes him a usurper. (cf. the 4 Supreme Court cases which define what a “natural born citizen” is.)

Answer: The cost of a Hawaiian birth certificate is only $10, and Obama has paid the money and posted the birth certificate that Hawaii sent him. That is the Certification of Live Birth, which is now the official birth certificate of Hawaii, and which is accepted as proof of birth in the USA by the US State Department and the branches of the US military.

The Wall Street Journal commented: "Obama has already provided a legal birth certificate demonstrating that he was born in Hawaii. No one has produced any serious evidence to the contrary. Absent such evidence, it is unreasonable to deny that Obama has met the burden of proof. We know that he was born in Honolulu as surely as we know that Bill Clinton was born in Hope, Ark., or George W. Bush in New Haven, Conn."

The nationality of a father or a mother has no impact on Natural Born Citizen status since the original meaning of Natural Born was simply "born in the country."

  3. Obama was born in Hawaii, as his official birth certificate shows. The facts on it, that he was born in Hawaii, were twice confirmed by the officials in Hawaii, members of a Repulican governor's administration.

  4. You better look again. Your so called "official birth certificate" isn't really proof where Big O was born.

Tell me, specifically where was he born, hospital, manger, under rock, house, pig pen, bar, homeless shelter, ACORN Office, or where? He's claimed but withdrawn claim of both hospitals, but neither hospital can verify his claim and Barry Soetoro/Obama has refused to verify it too. In fact, one hospital withdrew claim from their website when questioned.

Why spend $2 Mil preventing documents from being released that would support his legitimacy if he were really legitimate.

  5. He was born in Kapolani, as he has said, and as this witness, who recalls being told of the birth by a friend who was an obstetrician says (http://www.buffalonews.com/494/story/554495.html).

The hospital has not confirmed for two reasons (1) most likely it does not have files that go back that far; (2) it is illegal under HIPPA for hospitals to disclose private matters.

However, the hospital is not the important point. The fact that he was born in Hawaii is all that is required, and he was.

As the Wall Street Journal said: "
Obama has already provided a legal birth certificate demonstrating that he was born in Hawaii.

Furthermore, the officials in Hawaii (members of a Republican governor's administration) have repeatedly confirmed that Obama was born in Hawaii.

In the latest comment from the officials in Hawaii, the director of the Department of Health said:

“I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago….”

In the previous comment, the spokeswoman for the department told the Chicago Tribune’s Web site:

Does this mean Obama was born in Hawaii?

“Yes,” said Hawaii Health Department spokeswoman Janice Okubo, in both email and telephone interviews with the Tribune. “That’s what Dr. Fukino is saying.” (http://www.swamppolitics.com/news/politics/blog/2008/11/obama_hawaaianborn_citizen_for.html)

  6. Show the Proof. It's as simple as that.

  7. The proof is the official birth certificate of Hawaii, which Obama has already shown and the fact that the officials in Hawaii have repeatedly confirmed that the facts on the birth certificate, that he was born in Hawaii, are accurate.

    The Wall Street Journal said:

"Obama has already provided a legal birth certificate demonstrating that he was born in Hawaii.

In other words, he has already shown the proof.
