Courts allow short reply to opposition. | Dr. Orly Taitz Esquire

Short reply to opposition. Dr. Orly Taitz Esquire
Taitz has submitted to this court a transcript of the assembly of the republic of Kenya March 25, 2010 session, where Minister of Lands, James Orengo, clearly stated that Obama was born in Kenya. Affidavits from former senior deportation officer with the department of Homeland security John Sampson, as well as investigator Susan Daniels and retired Scotland Yard investigator Neil Sankey and official records of Selective Service show Obama using Social Security number 042-68-4425, which was assigned in the state of Connecticut to another individual born in 1890, which is consistent with all the other evidence of Obama’s foreign birth and need to use a stolen social security number. All of this evidence points to the fact that Barack Hussein Obama indeed committed massive fraud by submitting his candidacy for the position of the President. It was foreseeable, that proud members of US military, particularly officers will rise and revolt and demand disclosure of the original birth records of the Commander in Chief to ascertain if the orders coming from him down the chain of command are legal, as well as explanation, as to why Obama is using stolen social security numbers. It was foreseeable, that those members of the military will hire an attorney. It was foreseeable that such attorney will be persecuted for representing members of the military standing up to this massive fraud perpetrated by Obama. Current letter of demand of $20,000 and threat “to pursue enforced collection against you’ directly flaws from fraud committed by Obama. As such, this new evidence shows that Taitz has proper standing to sue Obama for fraud, as she was a foreseeable victim, foreseeable plaintiff and she suffered damages as a result and as a foreseeable consequence of fraud committed by Obama.
Maybe now Resident Obama will be brought to justice.

  1. No one believes birthers. Ann Coulter doesn't. Bill O'Reilly doesn't. Glenn Beck doesn't, and Fox News doesn't. The Wall Street Journal certainly doesn't.

It said: "Obama has already provided a legal birth certificate demonstrating that he was born in Hawaii. No one has produced any serious evidence to the contrary. Absent such evidence, it is unreasonable to deny that Obama has met the burden of proof. We know that he was born in Honolulu as surely as we know that Bill Clinton was born in Hope, Ark., or George W. Bush in New Haven, Conn."

The reason that no one believes birthers is that the evidence that Obama was born in Hawaii is overwhelming.

Obama has already shown the official birth certificate of Hawaii, which is the short-form Certification of Live Birth. It is the only birth certificate that Hawaii currently issues. Hawaii no longer issues copies of the original birth certificate. (http://www.starbulletin.com/columnists/kokualine/20090606_kokua_line.html)

The Certification of Live Birth is accepted as proof of birth in the USA by the US State Department and the branches of the military. And, in Obama's case, the fact that he was born in Hawaii was confirmed twice by the two top officials of the Department of Health of Hawaii.

The US Congress UNANIMOUSLY confirmed the election of Obama. He is a Natural Born Citizen due to his birth on US soil, in Hawaii.

  2. I don't believe Ann Coulter, Bill O'Reilly, Glenn Beck, Fox News, and Wall Street Journal have any legal standing.

Even if what you said about Hawaii birth certificate was true, that just means too bad for Hawaii. That only means their birth certificate doesn't qualify as proof for Natural Born Citizen as qualification for President of the United States, but maybe Resident of the United States.

You are the perfect example of why this country is headed for disaster. Look at your evidence.

Do you really trust this Congress? Based on their credibility, I would cite that as additional evidence he doesn't meet the qualifications.

  3. The reason that Obama was confirmed UNANIMOUSLY by the US Congress and sworn in by the Chief Justice of the United States is that there is no question that he is a Natural Born US Citizen.

As for trusting Congress, the Congress and the President are two of the three branches of government specified in our Constitution. Both can be mistaken, and often have been, but the solution is to change them within the system.

The evidence is overwhelming that Obama was born in Hawaii. As the Wall Street Journal said:

"In truth, Obama has proved that he is a native of Hawaii, and this proof would hold up in any legal or administrative proceeding."

    And, it concluded:

"Obama has already provided a legal birth certificate demonstrating that he was born in Hawaii.

  4. Same old garbage.

    No facts, just hear say.

  5. What do you mean "no facts?"

Here is the latest confirmation, from the governor of Hawaii:

"You know, during the campaign of 2008, I was actually in the mainland campaigning for Sen. McCain. This issue kept coming up so much in the campaign, and again I think it's one of those issues that is simply a distraction from the more critical issues that are facing the country. And so I had my health director, who is a physician by background, go personally view the birth certificate in the birth records of the Department of Health, and we issued a news release at that time saying that the president was, in fact, born at Kapi'olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii. And that's just a fact. And yet people continue to call up and e-mail and want to make it an issue. And I think it's, again, a horrible distraction for the country by those people who continue this. ... It's been established. He was born here."

She said "He was born here." (http://voices.washingtonpost.com/right-now/2010/05/hawaii_gov_lingle_answers_the.html)

And here is the most recent confirmation of the fact that Obama was born in Hawaii from the director of health of Hawaii:

""I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago....""

She said ''...verifying...Obama was born in Hawaii..."

In addition, there is the statement of this witness who was told of his birth in Hawaii in 1961 (she remembered it because she wrote home to her father, named Stanley, about the unusual event of a woman named Stanley giving birth) : http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2170432/posts

In addition, we have from Obama's first book: "The time was spent applying for passports.' That refers to the time when his mother and he were about to go to Indonesia in 1966. Passport plural. Both needed passports. She needed a passport because she did not have one. In other words, she did not have a passport in 1961 and COULD NOT have gone to Kenya.

So, we have (1) the total improbability that Obama's mother would have gone to Kenya when she was pregnant. (2) Evidence that she did not have a passport and so could not have gone even if she had wanted to; (3) the official birth certificate of Hawaii saying on it that he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii; (4) The fact that Hawaii did not issue Hawaii birth certificates to people born outside of Hawaii in 1961; (5) And original birth certificate from Hawaii in Obama's file (which is stated in the first of the confirmation announcements); (6) Two confirmations by the officials of the Department of Health (of which I quoted only one) that he was born in Hawaii and one confirmation from the governor of Hawaii; (7) AND, his Kenyan grandmother did not say that he was born in Kenya. She said that he was born in Hawaii.

The National Review said: "The theory that Obama was born in Kenya, that he was smuggled into the U.S., and that his parents somehow hoodwinked Hawaiian authorities into falsely certifying his birth in Oahu, is crazy stuff.”

  6. She said, He said, still no evidence.

What a farce. We've been had, but not all as much as you.

Thanks for continuing to make my points.

Resident Obama will keep hiding and fighting any valid evidence.

  7. The official birth certificate of Hawaii is by itself sufficient evidence. The fact that it was confirmed by the officials in Hawaii twice and by the governor of Hawaii once is additional evidence.
