The court has confirmed that it has distributed a petition for rehearing in the case (Obama elgibility) brought by attorney John Hemenway on behalf of retired Col. Gregory Hollister and it will be the subject of a conference on March 4...With Obama/Libs in power there is no need for The Constitution. They only recognize it when it supports their power grab.
This Constitution is history either way the Supreme Court decides. If they side with Obama, and prevent the facts from coming out as previous courts have done, then you don't need a Constitution and the Court is already stacked. If they side with The Constitution, against Obama, then they have to deal with three years of an active Unconstitutional Government and all of the illegal consequences. That includes removing two people already sitting on the Supreme Court who may, or may not, rule on Obama/Soetoro's eligibility.
