Justice Scalia comparing laws against homosexuality

Justice Scalia defends comparing laws against homosexuality, murder - The Hill's Blog Briefing Room

Just something to think about.

It depends on what the definition of "Immoral" is!

In the Godless or Communist society we have today, is there a Constitutional meaning of immoral?

  1. No, there is not a constitutional meaning of immoral. Immoral doesn't appear in the constitution, because the scope of the constitution does cover morality. Regulating morality would fall under the large scope of unconstitutional activities you like to rail against.

  2. Thank you for making the point.
Without a meaning of immoral, there is no constitution, no law, and no meaningful society.
That pretty much defines the real meaning of Obama's America.

Witness the foundation of this concept from "Dreams from My Real Father."
