Realize this is CA, but it is closer than Africa.Lawmakers are working on proposals that would enable physician assistants, nurse practitioners, optometrists and pharmacists to diagnose, treat and manage some illnesses.
I'll bet it's Obama's goal to bring our standards in line with Africa. That could be his vision of fairness and equality.
