NSA's disregard for privacy restrictions?

Fisa court documents reveal extent of NSA disregard for privacy restrictions | World news | theguardian.com

What is it called when the government is above the law?

Have you seen any review whether NSA data was used to benefit the Obama SElections?

Don't believe courts have looked into that yet, but that would be the primary use for this unlawful regime no matter the reason the data is collected.

If they can use IRS and Immigration, why not use NSA data?  Wouldn't that be the primary use of ACA/ObamaCare and NSA data for this Regime?
