In addressing the 250 assembled service members, Casey underscored the importance of a trained and robust federal military response force.

"There are terrorist organizations out there who are still trying to obtain nuclear or radiological materials," he said. "There is no doubt in my mind that when they acquire them, they will attempt to use them."

He also pointed out that being part of the new force requires a shift in thinking for Soldiers who are accustomed to taking charge. Federal military forces must remember that they work in support of a civilian agency while operating within the United States, he said.

That's one reason that training exercise will require members of the force to coordinate with local governments and interagency organizations such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, said Col. Jay Larsen, chief of training and exercises for U.S. Army North, Fort Sam Houston, Texas.

The previous week of academic instruction served as the framework for commanders and staff to understand and begin to exercise their new mission, Larsen said.

"Today's drill then allowed them to 'what if' their plan, to find conflicts in the battle space, find gaps in their coordination they didn't know existed, and to mitigate those gaps to better execute their plan," he said.

The last event, the mission rehearsal exercise starting Monday, will stress leaders and decision makers at every level - all so they are prepared to respond to the unthinkable.

"We are at war with a global extremist network that is not going away," Casey said in closing. "I hope we don't have to use it, but we need the capability (to respond)."

Obama’s top counter-terrorism advisor, John Brennan, in speaking to reporters about this new “strategy” says it makes the problem of home-grown terrorists a top priority because an increasing number of individuals in the US have become “captivated by extremist ideology or causes.”

On Monday, 87 Senators signed a letter to President Obama affirming their support for Israel while urging his.

This comes in response to last month’s highly-publicized flotilla incident in the Mediterranean Sea and the United Nations predictable anti-Israel reaction.

A similar letter has been circulated in the House that has apparently garnered 307 signatures.

Despite the overwhelming bipartisan outcry — something rather rare in Washington these days to be sure — very few American media outlets bothered to report the news.

John Harris, Blagojevich's former chief of staff, testified Wednesday in the former governor's corruption trial that three days after the Nov. 4, 2008, presidential election, the ex-governor told Harris he felt confident Obama knew he wanted to swap perks.

"The president understands that the governor would be willing to make the appointment of Valerie Jarrett as long as he gets what he's asked for. . . . The governor gets the Cabinet appointment he's asked for," Harris said, explaining a recorded call.

Harris said Blagojevich came away believing Obama knew what he wanted after having a conversation with a local union representative, who in turn spoke with labor leader Tom Balanoff, with whom Blagojevich met to discuss a Jarrett appointment. Jarrett, now a White House adviser, was seeking the appointment to Obama's Senate seat.

If he gets away with the Gen. Petraeus/McChrystal transfer, he may have pulled off the slickest move he's made since becoming Resident Obama.

Several Resident Obama objectives are accomplished with this move:

1. He can shift the blame of his loosing policy of conducting the "war" in Afghanistan to Gen. Petraeus and Gen. McChrystal, away from his left leaning policies. This will also weaken their credibility and the statute of the military in the Public Eye as well as the morale and recruitment of the military.
   
2. He can replace Gen Petraeus, who currently heads up Centcom, with someone who has less world credibility and more amenable to his position of surrender and appeasement to handle the Israel, Iran, and North Korea conflicts as well as other major issues threatening America.
   
3. While in the short time it will look like a brilliant Obama power play for the election, the way the Obama media presents it, it will really be the key to creating chaos and discontent in the military and simultaneously advancing his world position that America is the problem. He will be popular, admired, and supported by the U.N. and every other dictator in the world while at the same time he will be disseminating the the strongest, best and most ethical and humane military in world history.

Hundreds of challenges to Obama’s eligibility have been filed in both civil and criminal courts and ALL of them have been dismissed on “lack of standing” before any evidence could be presented. In short, civil and criminal courts have repeatedly stated the following two points;

1. Obama’s eligibility is not our responsibility
2. No American has “proper standing” to question Obama’s constitutional standing

Now Military Courts are telling soldiers the same thing. It is not their responsibility and no member of the military has the right to ask any questions about their highly secretive Commander-in-Chief.

The Monroe County Grand Jury, allegedly established as the entry point for citizens to present evidence of wrong doing against officials, is essentially telling Fitzpatrick the same thing. It’s not their department and it’s none of his business.

Justice is officially beyond the reach of average citizens and even decorated military officers....

The Bottom Line

Based upon all available research and evidence, I am very confident in stating that Barack Hussein Obama is ineligible for the office of Commander-in-Chief. This means that every order given under his command is an “unlawful order.” Every bill signed by Obama or executive order issued by Obama is also unlawful and unconstitutional. It also means that every individual questioning Obama’s authority has a reasonable purpose for doing so.

But it should be clear to every American at this point - that no court in this land is going to uphold and defend the rule of law or the US Constitution when it pertains to Barack Hussein Obama. Members of the military are going to be jailed for questioning the lawfulness of their orders. Any citizen who dares to question Obama’s authority will be treated as a “crackpot” at best, a “potential domestic terrorist” at worst.

The entire justice system has been eliminated as a peaceful option for redress concerning Barack Hussein Obama. No court in this land will allow any American citizen, civilian or soldier, to question the legitimacy and authority of this particular president.

Our justice system has failed. It has failed at the highest level, to uphold the US Constitution and protect the people from all enemies, foreign or domestic.

Far more troubling than the truth about Obama himself, is the truth about our broken legal system. Without a right to peaceful redress in the courts, what remedies remain?

Is Resident Obama above the Law?

He is so far, but God willing, Justice will be served.

It is already too late and significant damage has been done, but the longer it takes the longer it takes to recover.

No one in Congress is responsible or accountable to defend Colonel Lakin.

To constitute the specific offense of disobedience of orders the “superior officer” must of course be known to be such by the accused, at the time of his giving the order which is not obeyed.

Obama’s background is an open secret. Not a single person wearing the uniform of the U.S. military possesses specific knowledge that Obama lawfully holds office of President as Commander-in-Chief.

At the same time, every U.S. officer is required to know as a matter of duty whether the Commander-in-chief legitimately holds office. This to include Army Lieutenant Colonel Daniel J. Driscoll (Lt.Col. Lakin’s Article 32 hearing officer).

Simply said, no order issued by any officer in the American military establishment is a lawful order since 20 January 2009.

Washington, D.C., June 9, 2010. Saying that the Army has made it “impossible for me to present a defense”
at the Article 32 “preliminary hearing” previously scheduled for June 11, 2010, Lt. Colonel Terrence Lakin has officially waived –cancelled—that proceeding. Therefore, the case will move inexorably on to a General Court Martial. The punishment for the charges filed against LTC Lakin carry a maximum term of four years in the penitentiary. Lakin expects the trial to be held in the early fall, but this has yet to be determined. The next step will be the formal referral of the charges by Lakin’s Commanding General, Major General Carla Hawley-Bowland, followed by his arraignment before a Military Judge, both of which are expected before the end of June.

Lakin, through his legal defense team, requested the testimony of Dr. Chiyome Fukino of the Hawaii Dept. of Health, and all of that agency’s records that exist concerning the president’s birth. Lakin had also requested the testimony of the custodians of records of, and the records relating to Obama’s admission and financial aid that exist, of the Punahou School, Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School. All these requests were also summarily denied, leaving Lakin without any ability to mount a defense at the hearing. However, in that this hearing was preliminary in nature in the first place, Lakin will renew his requests to the Military Judge at the appropriate time.

Lakin also released a new 5-minute video on Youtube explaining why he believes there are reasonable arguments that President Obama is Constitutionally ineligible to serve as Commander-in-Chief. The video can be viewed at http://www.safeguardourconstitution.com/video2.html.

A Closer Look at the Gaza Flotilla Incident

The Gaza flotilla incident was provoked by a motley crew of Turkish Islamists, European leftists, and Israeli Arab leaders determined to spark a conflict with the Israeli forces enforcing an arms embargo against Hamas terrorists. The foundation for the incident was laid when six ships with more than 600 “peace activists” left Cyprus bound for Gaza. Before these ships reached Gaza, they were intercepted by the Israeli navy and special forces commandos. The first five ships complied with Israeli forces, but the passengers aboard the sixth vessel, the Mavi Marmara, attacked Israeli commandos with steel poles, knives, and pepper spray, provoking a battle that claimed at least nine lives.

Caught off guard by the violent attacks of the “peace activists,” the Israeli commandos were compelled to use firearms in self-defense. Many of the passengers on board the Mavi Marmara were believed to be members of the Humanitarian Relief Fund, a Turkish charity organization that has a history of supporting radical Islamist causes and deploying jihadists to Afghanistan, Bosnia, and Chechnya. It is part of the Union for Good, an umbrella group that was created by Hamas leaders in 2000 to raise money for Hamas’s radical Islamist agenda. The U.S. government has designated the Union for Good as a terrorist organization.
