    "From March 2007 to September 2010 — 43 months — Neely took 131 trips, including nine trips to Hawaii, GSA travel records show, totaling up to $108,980. According to travel records, the most expensive trip during that period was a 10-day mission in March 2008 to Honolulu, Hilo and American Samoa that cost $3,477."
