By the time any of Obama-Soetoro policies get to court, much less, thru the courts, the tyrant will have illegally implemented multiple means of voter fraud and illegal rulings. From past tests on Obama-Soetoro eligibility rulings, many of the judges and Libs are already stacking the injustice system, starting with Holder.
It is not as if they are soooo smart. It is just that they capitalize on the Libs "good intentions and raciest (Libs) benefit of the doubt," and the fact that Libs know so much that really isn't so.
Or maybe, they are just part of overthrowing the Constitutional Republic.
