Obama doesn't want to know the details. Otherwise, he could not expect the media to portray him out of the loop like Benghazi, IRS, etc.
From a National Defense strategy this could be really beneficial now based on his previous experience, because he hasn't a clue what to do anyway.
The problem remains the Libs have stacked the National InSecurity Department with INCOMPETENCE.
I would like to see him stay out of the loop, Totally.
His only positive contribution would be to RESIGN and place John Bolton and Allen West in charge.
