Schwartz also coordinated meetings on behalf of Obama's transition team with a group that advocates placing more blue United Nations helmets on U.S. troops and coercing the U.S. to join the U.N.'s International Criminal Court, which could prosecute American citizens and soldiers for "war crimes" and other offenses.

DEFENSE SPENDING

It takes a lot of resources to maintain the best fighting force in the world – especially at a time when we face financial uncertainty and a mountain of debt that threatens all of our futures.

We have a federal government that is spending trillions, and that has nationalized whole sections of our economy: the auto industry, the insurance industry, health care, student loans, the list goes on – all of it at enormous cost to the tax payer. The cost of Obamacare alone is likely to exceed $2.5 trillion dollars.

As a result of all these trillion dollar spending bills, America’s going bust in a hurry. By 2020 we may reach debt levels of $20 trillion – twice the debt that we have today! It reminds me of that joke I read the other day: “Please don’t tell Obama what comes after a trillion!”

Something has to be done urgently to stop the out of control Obama-Reid-Pelosi spending machine, and no government agency should be immune from budget scrutiny. We must make sure, however, that we do nothing to undermine the effectiveness of our military. If we lose wars, if we lose the ability to deter adversaries, if we lose the ability to provide security for ourselves and for our allies, we risk losing all that makes America great! That is a price we cannot afford to pay.

This may be obvious to you and me, but I am not sure the Obama Administration gets it. There isn’t a single progressive pet cause which they haven’t been willing to throw billions at. But when it comes to defense spending, all of a sudden they start preaching a message of “fiscal restraint.” Our Defense Secretary recently stated the “gusher” of defense spending was over and that it was time for the Department of Defense to tighten its belt. There’s a gusher of spending alright, but it’s not on defense. Did you know the US actually only ranks 25th worldwide on defense spending as a percentage of GDP? We spend three times more on entitlements and debt services than we do on defense.

Now don’t get me wrong: there’s nothing wrong with preaching fiscal conservatism. I want the federal government to balance its budget right now! And not the Washington way – which is raising your taxes to pay for their irresponsible spending habits. I want it done the American way: by cutting spending, reducing the size of government, and letting people keep more of their hard-earned cash.

But the Obama administration doesn’t practice what it preaches. This is an administration that won’t produce a budget for fear that we discover how reckless they’ve been as fiscal managers. At the same time, it threatens to veto a defense bill because of an extra jet engine!

This administration may be willing to cut defense spending, but it’s increasing it everywhere else. I think we should do it the other way round: cut spending in other departments – apart from defense. We should not be cutting corners on our national security.

THE U.S. NAVY

Secretary Gates recently spoke about the future of the US Navy. He said we have to “ask whether the nation can really afford a Navy that relies on $3 to $6 billion destroyers, $7 billion submarines, and $11 billion carriers.” He went on to ask, “Do we really need... more strike groups for another 30 years when no other country has more than one?”

Well, my answer is pretty simple: Yes, we can and, yes, we do because we must. Our Navy has global responsibilities. It patrols sea lanes and safeguards the freedoms of our allies – and ourselves. The Navy right now only has 286 ships, and that number may decrease. That will limit our options, extend tours for Navy personnel, lessen our ability to secure our allies and deter our adversaries. The Obama administration seems strangely unconcerned about this prospect.

OBAMA’S FOREIGN POLICY INHERITANCE

When George W. Bush came into office, he inherited a military that had been cut deeply, an al Qaeda that had been unchallenged, and an approach to terrorism that focused on bringing court cases rather than destroying those who sought to destroy us. We saw the result of some of that on 9/11.

When President Obama came into office, he inherited a military that was winning in Iraq. He inherited loyal allies and strong alliances. And thanks to the lamestream media pawing and purring over him, he had the benefit of unparalleled global popularity. What an advantage! So their basic foreign policy outlines should have been clear. Commit to the War on Terror. Commit to winning – not ending, but winning the war in Afghanistan. Commit to the fight against violent Islamic extremism wherever it finds sanctuary. Work with our allies. Be resolute with our adversaries. Promote liberty, not least because it enhances our security. Unfortunately, these basic principles seem to have been discarded by Washington.

THE WAR ON TERROR

His administration has banned the phrase “war on terror,” preferring instead politically correct nonsense like “overseas contingency operations.” His Homeland Security Secretary calls acts of terrorism “man-caused disasters.” His reckless plan to close Guantanamo (because there’s no place to go after it’s closed) faces bipartisan opposition now.

The Attorney General just announced that a decision about where to try terrorists like 9/11 master mind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed would not be announced until after the mid-term elections. Is there something he’s afraid to tell us?

The President’s new National Security Strategy does not even use the word “Islamic” when referring to violent extremism. Does he think the ideology of those who seek to kill Americans is irrelevant? How can we seek to defeat an enemy if we don’t acknowledge what motivates them and what their ultimate goals are? President Obama may think he is being politically correct by dropping the term, but it flies in the face of reality. As Senator Joe Lieberman noted, refusing to use the word Islamic when describing the nature of the threat we face is “Orwellian and counterproductive.”

AFGHANISTAN

In Afghanistan, it is true that President Obama approved deploying additional forces to the conflict – most, but not all the troops requested by commanders on the ground. But it took months of indecision to get to that point, and it came at a very high price – a July 2011 date to begin withdrawal.

This date was arbitrary! It bears no relation to conditions on the ground. It sends all the wrong signals to our friends and to our enemies. We know our commanders on the ground are not comfortable with it.

As that great Navy war hero, Senator John McCain recently put it: “The decision to begin withdrawing our forces from Afghanistan arbitrarily in July 2011 seems to be having exactly the effect that many of us predicted it would: It is convincing the key actors inside and outside of Afghanistan that the United States is more interested in leaving than succeeding in this conflict.”

Does the President really believe the Taliban and al Qaeda won’t be empowered by his naming of a starting date for withdrawal? They now believe they can beat him simply by outlasting us. What sort of effect does he think this will have on the morale of our troops – and of our allies?

ALIENATING OUR ALLIES

It’s not the only area where the Obama administration has failed our allies. They escalated a minor zoning issue in Jerusalem into a major dispute with our most important ally in the Middle East, Israel. They treated the Israeli Prime Minister shabbily in Washington. When a Turkish sponsored flotilla threatened to violate a legal Israeli blockade of Hamas-run Gaza, the Obama Administration was silent. When Israeli commandos were assaulted as they sought to prevent unmonitored cargoes from being delivered to Hamas terrorists, the Obama Administration sent signals it might allow a UN investigation into the matter – an investigation that would be sure to condemn our ally Israel and bemoan the plight of Hamas. Loyal NATO allies in central Europe were undermined by the cancellation of a missile defense program with virtually no warning. At the same time, Russia and China are given preferential treatment, while remaining silent on their human rights violations.

CODDLING ADVERSARIES

Meanwhile, the Obama Administration reaches out to some of the world’s worst regimes. They shake hands with dictators like Hugo Chavez, send letters to the Iranian mullahs and envoys to North Korea, ease sanctions on Cuba and talk about doing the same with Burma. That’s when they’re not on one of their worldwide apology tours.

Do we get anything in return for all this bowing and apologizing? No, we don’t. Yes, Russia voted for a weak sanctions resolution on Iran, but it immediately stated it could sell advanced anti-aircraft missile to Iran anyway, and would not end its nuclear cooperation. In response to North Korea’s unprovoked sinking of a South Korean Navy ship, China warned us not to take part in military exercises with our ally.

And while President Obama lets America get pushed around by the likes of Russia and China, our allies are left to wonder about the value of an alliance with the U.S. They have to be wondering if it’s worth it.

AN “ENEMY-CENTRIC” FOREIGN POLICY

It has led one prominent Czech official to call Obama’s foreign policy “enemy-centric.” And this “enemy-centric” approach has real consequences. It not only baffles our allies, it worries them. When coupled with less defense spending, it signals to the world that maybe we can no longer be counted on, and that we have other priorities than being the world leader that keeps the peace and provides security in Europe, in Asia and throughout the world.

Together with this enemy-centric foreign policy, we see a lessening of the long, bipartisan tradition of speaking out for human rights and democracy. The Secretary of State said she would not raise human rights with China because “we pretty much know what they are going to say.” Democracy promotion programs have been cut. Support for the brave Iranians protesting their government was not forthcoming because President Obama would rather try to cut a deal with their oppressors.

When the world’s dictators see the United States unconcerned with human rights and political freedom, they breathe a sigh of relief, because they know they have a free hand to repress their own people.

This goes against the very ideals on which our republic was founded. There is a long bipartisan tradition of speaking out in favor of freedom – from FDR to Ronald Reagan. America loses something very important when its President consigns human rights and freedom to the back burner of its international priorities.

A DIFFERENT VIEW OF AMERICA

We have a President, perhaps for the very first time since the founding of our republic, who doesn’t appear to believe that America is the greatest earthly force for good the world has ever known.

When asked whether he believed in American exceptionalism, President Obama answered, “I believe in American exceptionalism, just as I suspect that the Brits believe in British exceptionalism and the Greeks believe in Greek exceptionalism.” Amazing. Amazing.

I think this statement speaks volumes about his world view. He sees nothing unique in the American experience? Really? Our founding, and our founding mothers and fathers? Really? And our history over the past two and half centuries?

Really? He sees nothing unique in an America that fought and won two world wars and in victory sought not one inch of territory or one dollar of plunder? He sees nothing unique in an America that, though exhausted by conflict, still laid the foundation for security in Europe and Asia after World War II? He sees nothing unique in an America that prevailed against an evil ideology in the Cold War? Does he just see a country that has to be apologized for around the world, especially to dictators?

President Obama actually seems reluctant to even embrace American power. Earlier this year when he was asked about his faltering Middle East peace process, he said “whether we like it or not, we remain a dominant military superpower.” Whether we like it or not?! Really? Mr. President, this may come as news to you, but most Americans actually do like it. And so do our allies. They know it was our military might that liberated countless millions from tyranny, slavery, and oppression over the last 234 years. Yes, we do like it. As a dominant superpower, the United States has won wars hot and cold; our military has advanced the cause of freedom and kept authoritarian powers in check.

It is in America’s and the world’s best interests for our country to remain the dominant military superpower, but under President Obama’s leadership that dominance may be slipping away. It’s the result of an agenda that reeks of complacency and defeatism.

Tops of among them is the Open Society Institute (OSI), itself a Soros-funded organization, which, through several different channels, has funneled money to Berwick's IHI think tank at Harvard. Scholars at IHI were involved, for example in the Soros-funded "Project on Death in America," which seeded hundreds of thousands of dollars across the country for studies into end of life issues. The OSI has also funneled similar amounts to organizations involved in drug-policy circles.

Through OSI's contacts, Berwick staff is discussing ways to use leftist propagandist and Corporation for Public Broadcasting gadfly Bill Moyers (the man who famously spent his days as a President Lyndon Johnson aide trashing the reputation of Martin Luther King to the media) to highlight the efforts of the Obama Administration's health care "reform" plan. They are also seeking ways to utilize relationships with charitable organizations that have had ties with Soros's operation, including the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, which has made the issue of "working families" a point of its research. There is also the Nathan Cummings Foundation, a leftist foundation with a definite pro-Palestinian and anti-Israel tilt, which spends millions in the "social justice" arena.

"Open Society was the hub that allowed Donald [Berwick] to meet up with foundations and individuals that helped him raise millions for Institute for Healthcare," says a foundation board member with ties to OSI. "You didn't start something at Harvard and not reach out to Soros, and Donald certainly worked that network hard, in part because he's one of them."

Don't expect the Soros Corruption to stop any time soon, the Resident in Chief is just a Soros puppet.

These powers are subject to insufficient judicial review and do nothing to ensure that the firms’ creditors won’t receive 100% of their irresponsibly lent money back in future taxpayer funded bailouts. And speaking of taxpayer-funded bailouts, the bill does nothing to address Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, whose activities were instrumental to the financial crisis.

This bill should also be called the "The Business Nationalization Act."

During the 2008 presidential campaign, the New York Times published a profile of ACORN agents working to restore voter rights for felons in a number of states. The group also was advising convicted felons on local laws that allowed them to vote.

ACORN, convicted in multiple voter-fraud cases, says it disbanded in March due to falling revenues.

The New York Times noted some felony disenfranchisement laws are held over from exclusionary Jim Crow-era laws, such as poll taxes and ballot box literacy tests, affecting about 5.3 million former and current felons nationally.

Charles J. Ogletree Jr., a Harvard law professor who served as senior adviser to Obama's presidential campaign on criminal-justice issues, said he had briefed campaign officials about felony disenfranchisement, including how to register felons.

The Times noted none of the national felony voter-registration organizations interviewed by the newspaper had contacted Republican Sen. John McCain's 2008 presidential campaign for similar briefs on the issue of registering felons.

Ogletree has been involved in pushing legislation to end felony disenfranchisement.

Today's ruling class, from Boston to San Diego, was formed by an educational system that exposed them to the same ideas and gave them remarkably uniform guidance, as well as tastes and habits. These amount to a social canon of judgments about good and evil, complete with secular sacred history, sins (against minorities and the environment), and saints. Using the right words and avoiding the wrong ones when referring to such matters -- speaking the "in" language -- serves as a badge of identity. Regardless of what business or profession they are in, their road up included government channels and government money because, as government has grown, its boundary with the rest of American life has become indistinct. Many began their careers in government and leveraged their way into the private sector. Some, e.g., Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner, never held a non-government job. Hence whether formally in government, out of it, or halfway, America's ruling class speaks the language and has the tastes, habits, and tools of bureaucrats. It rules uneasily over the majority of Americans not oriented to government.

The two classes have less in common culturally, dislike each other more, and embody ways of life more different from one another than did the 19th century's Northerners and Southerners -- nearly all of whom, as Lincoln reminded them, "prayed to the same God." By contrast, while most Americans pray to the God "who created and doth sustain us," our ruling class prays to itself as "saviors of the planet" and improvers of humanity. Our classes' clash is over "whose country" America is, over what way of life will prevail, over who is to defer to whom about what. The gravity of such divisions points us, as it did Lincoln, to Mark's Gospel: "if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand."

This piece explains the reason America is in trouble. Maybe, if enough of us recognize the real problem, we can deal with it. It is going to take a long time, but you have to identify the cancer before you can treat it properly. And The Ruling Class is the cancer.

Seeing the opportunity to seize more power for her department, Secretary Sebelius working with Dr. Blumenthal released their "Standards and Certification final rule," an expansive 228 page declaration of authority where on page 61, they expound on their power to monitor every American's body mass index or BMI; a measure to estimate healthy body weight.

Unfortunately, what might at first appear to be fiction is set to become political reality.

There are two grave concerns with the section 3001 of the Stimulus Bill and the government accessing our EHRs. First, the Federal government has given itself access to the most private part or our lives. While they have assured us that the information will stay private, someone from the government is reading it, so by definition the records are most certainly not private. In fact, if the Chinese can routinely hack into the computer systems of the White House, Pentagon and CIA we should suspect that a hacker of lesser means can gain access to our electronic health records on a whim. Your health records should be for you and your physician only.

The second concern we should have is what the government agents reading our healthcare records will do with the information, such as our BMI, or our blood pressure, disease history, psychological profile and everything else in your health record once they have it. The only reason that the government measures anything is to exercise some level of control over the variable that is being measured, whether citizens registering guns, completing a census, filing taxes, or any other mandatory bureaucratic paperwork.

Earlier today a senior administration official said the Obama administration believes that Al Shabaab carried out the attack.

Explaining the president's comment, an administration official said Mr. Obama "references the fact that both U.S. intelligence and past al Qaeda actions make clear that al Qaeda -- and the groups like al Shabaab that they inspire -- do not value African life. The actions of al Qaeda and the groups that it has inspired show a willingness to sacrifice innocent African life to reach their targets."

This can be seen, the official said, in the 1998 bombings of U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, when hundreds of Africans were killed and thousands wounded.

"Additionally, U.S. intelligence has indicated that al Qaeda leadership specifically targets and recruits black Africans to become suicide bombers because they believe that poor economic and social conditions make them more susceptible to recruitment than Arabs," the official said. "Al Qaeda recruits have said that al Qaeda is racist against black members from West Africa because they are only used in lower level operations."

"In short," the official said, "al Qaeda is a racist organization that treats black Africans like cannon fodder and does not value human life."

Now al Qaeda is in real big trouble, not because they threaten America and other free peoples, but because they are "racist against black members from West Africa because they are only used in lower level operations." Is this a campaign by Resident Obama to use them in higher level operations?

Al Qaeda must be careful in America. Their actions could slow the destructive movement being executed on America's freedoms by Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Dodd, Frank, all of the Democrats, the Liberal Rino's, and State Run Media.

There is no way al Qaeda is a bigger threat to America than these Libs are.

You tell everybody that's exactly right. We want to go back. We want to go back to when we had a president who loved and respected the country. We want to go back to a period of time when our homes were worth something and their value increased. We want to go back where a college education meant a decent job. We want to go back to where there was only 4.7% unemployment. We want to go back to where there was the best health care system in the world, accessible to one and all. New Slogan: Yes, We Did

RUSH: Yesterday in Kansas City, Obama, in a very listless and unenergetic address on the economy, seemed to be introducing a new slogan, "yes, we did," instead of "yes, we can." By the way, folks, do you understand the irony here? This is a guy, Obama and the Democrat Party, the American left, if you look at their enemies list, who is it? Big Retail, Big Drug, Big Food, Big Oil, Big Defense Contractor, Big Radio, I mean every private sector business that is big and successful is on the top of the enemies list. And now all of a sudden here's Obama out saying he's pro-business. They accuse Republicans of being pro-business. When they say Republicans are pro-business, they're attacking them. They're attempting to impugn them. Now all of a sudden Obama wants to wrap himself in the pro-business robe? Ha!

So he wants to introduce his new slogan "yes, we did." Yeah, okay, fine. "Yes, we did destroy the economy. Yes, we did take over the automobile industry. Yes, we did squander a trillion dollars, and we're going to squander a trillion more. Yes, we did triple the US deficit, and yes we did it all on purpose. What are you going to do about it now? (Raspberry) Yes, we do want to stop drilling in the Gulf of Mexico and in Alaska. Yes. Yes, we did do that." Here's Mort Zuckerman. We quoted him earlier from the Aspen Institute. He was on MSNBC yesterday, the hostette, Chris Jansing talked to Mort Zuckerman. He is the editor-in-chief and publisher of US News & World Report and the New York Daily News. She said, "Do you think these are policies that he misled the voters about or is he following a plan that might have been expected, maybe it's not working as quickly or as well as he might have hoped?"

ZUCKERMAN: I don't think anybody anticipated that there was the kind of details in a national election campaign that indicated whether it was going to be X or Y. But when you get into the program and you find out what you need to get this economy rolling again and you get a program that is two-thirds basically driven by politics and not by policy, there is going to be disappointment, and I think there really is disappointment and dismay. Niall Ferguson and I were the two speakers at the opening session talking about this, and I would say that a year ago 90% of them would have been throwing tomatoes at us. They were not. They agreed.

"Unsurprisingly, independent actuaries and private sector experts estimate that, in most states, premiums for the youngest third of the population could increase by 35% under the new tight age bands under the law."

That's just one of a series of ObamaCare negatives highlighted by the report, including: 16 million forced into the going-broke Medicaid system, which many doctors avoid like the plague; a free ride for illegal immigrants, with citizens paying their costs; criminalization of the uninsured, with possible IRS harassment on the way; and millions losing the health plans they now enjoy "as employers either drop coverage or purchase more expensive, government-dictated health insurance."

America has had the best health system in the world. Its flaws are directly attributable to government interfering in the free flow of private services — a forced employer-based system, prohibiting interstate insurance, etc. Making the system better was always a worthy dream, but by expanding government instead of freedom, the dream has been made into the nightmare now beginning.

Obamacare is a two-fer--it destroys both the health care system and the insurance companies at the same time.

If you remember it started out as a health care reform and morphed into an insurance reform. Better yet, they got both of them.

As the government fails to implement such simple and straightforward remedies, one must ask why.

One possibility is sheer incompetence. Many critics of the president are fond of pointing out that he had no administrative or executive experience before taking office. But the government is full of competent people, and the military and Coast Guard can accomplish an assigned mission. In any case, several remedies require nothing more than getting out of the way.

Another possibility is that the administration places a higher priority on interests other than the fate of the Gulf, such as placating organized labor, which vigorously defends the Jones Act.

Finally there is the most pessimistic explanation—that the oil spill may be viewed as an opportunity, the way White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel said back in February 2009, "You never want a serious crisis to go to waste." Many administration supporters are opposed to offshore oil drilling and are already employing the spill as a tool for achieving other goals. The websites of the Sierra Club, Friends of the Earth and Greenpeace, for example, all feature the oil spill as an argument for forbidding any further offshore drilling or for any use of fossil fuels at all. None mention the Jones Act.

To these organizations and perhaps to some in the administration, the oil spill may be a strategic justification in a larger battle. President Obama has already tried to severely limit drilling in the Gulf, using his Oval Office address on June 16 to demand that we "embrace a clean energy future." In the meantime, how about a cleaner Gulf?

The National Taxpayer Advocate, tasked with representing your interests within the Internal Revenue Service, says the IRS must restructure — and grow — to handle its new redistributive and enforcement responsibilities under the Affordable Care Act:

Though the IRS's main mission is to collect taxes, it has been given a key role administering health insurance premium subsidies, tax credits for small businesses, assessments on employers and the mandate that beginning in 2014 everyone obtain insurance.

"I have no doubt the IRS is capable of administering social programs, including health care," Olson said. "But Congress must provide sufficient funding and the IRS itself must recognize that the skills and training required to administer social benefit programs are very different from the skills and training that employees of an enforcement agency typically possess."

Moreover, to "reduce the under-reporting of business income," the ACA will require all businesses and tax-exempt orgs to issue 1099s to all vendors with whom they do more than $600 of business (both services and goods) in a given tax year, an onerous requirement that "may impose significant burdens on businesses, charities, and government agencies," and that "may turn out to be disproportionate as compared with any resulting improvement in tax compliance."

J. Christian Adams,, a former career Justice Department lawyer who resigned recently to protest political interference in cases he worked on, made some news yesterday in testimony before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.

As expected, he claimed that Associate Attorney General Thomas Perrelli, an Obama appointee, overruled a unanimous recommendation by six career Justice attorneys for continued prosecution of members of the New Black Panther Party on charges of voter intimidation in an incident I detailed here yesterday. But Mr. Adams leveled an even more explosive charge beyond the Panther case. He testified that last year Deputy Assistant Attorney General Julie Fernandes made a jaw-dropping announcement to attorneys in Justice's Voting Rights section. She said she would not support any enforcement of a key section of the federal "Motor Voter" law -- Section 8, which requires states to periodically purge their voter rolls of dead people, felons, illegal voters and those who have moved out of state.

According to Mr. Adams, Justice lawyers were told by Ms. Fernandes: "We're not interested in those kind of cases. What do they have to do with helping increase minority access and turnout? We want to increase access to the ballot, not limit it."

With Resident Obama any and all corruption is probable.

Berwick also lambasted consumers in the United States for being able to get the care they want as opposed to need in the United States. He wants to fix this “problem” declaring, “That is for leaders to do.”

Now this is the Obama you can trust. If it's bad for America, Resident Obama is for it.

John Bolton continued to unload on the Obama Administration, saying that they should “get rid of the illusion that [Iran and North Korea] would negotiate away their nuclear programs.” In fact, in the second part of the former UN ambassador’s exclusive interview with HUMAN EVENTS, Bolton maintained that Barack’s official policy toward the mullahs in the Middle East is, “Iran will get nuclear weapons and we’ll contain them.”

That position, Bolton noted, would set off a “multi-polar nuclear Middle East” with “half a dozen nuclear weapon states, each looking at the other one every day and saying, ‘I wonder if I should strike him before he strikes me.’ ”

Most people think of an original birth certificate as a state or hospital document containing a statement by a doctor or midwife. The hospital document usually is accompanied by a footprint.

No one has ever presented any evidence that such a document has ever existed in the United States for Barack Obama. The Hawaii Dept of Health refuses to give a yes or no answer to the question whether they have such a document on file.

Instead of the birth certificate on file at the Hawaii Dept of Health, the Obama campaign posted on the Daily Kos blog and the Fightthesmears website a “Certification of Live Birth”. This Certification of Live Birth is not a copy of the original birth certificate. It is a computer-generated document that the state of Hawaii issues on request to indicate that a birth certificate of some type is “on record in accordance with state policies and procedures”. And there is the problem. As will be shown below, given the statutes in force in 1961, the Certification of Live Birth proves nothing unless we know what is on the original birth certificate. There are several legal areas (involving ethnic quotas and subsidy) for which the state of Hawaii up until June 2009 did not accept its computer-generated Certification of Live Birth as sufficient proof of birth in Hawaii or parentage. Why should the citizens of the United States be content with lower standards for ascertaining the qualifications of their President than were required by the Department of Hawaiian Homelands for ascertaining whether an applicant for its programs was born in Hawaii?

Obama has refused to allow the Hawaii Dept of Health to release his original birth certificate. The Hawaii Dept of Health has refused to provide any information about the hospital, or doctor, or midwife. It also refuses to confirm whether it has on record any information about a hospital, or doctor or midwife.

Thus you have Resident Obama.

Soon after being appointed leader of Obama's fellow commission, Moelis awarded Gregorian with a presidential fellowship. Gregorian currently is president of Carnegie Corp. charitable foundation. Born in Tabriz, Iran, Gregorian served for eight years as president of the New York Public Library and was also president of Brown University.

In his role as Brown president, Gregorian served on the selection committee of the Annenberg Foundation, which funded Ayers' Chicago Annenberg Challenge with a $49.2 million, 2-to-1 matching challenge grant over five years. Ayers was one of five founding members of the Challenge who wrote to the Annenberg Foundation for the initial funding.

Steve Diamond, a political science and law professor and a blogger who has posted on Obama, previously posted a letter from Nov. 18, 1994, in which Gregorian, serving as the point man on Annenberg's selection committee, asked Ayers to "compose the governing board" of the Challenge's collaborative project with "people who reflect the racial and ethnic diversity of Chicago."

Ayers and other founding Challenge members then recruited Obama to serve as the project chairman.

The dollar plunged today following a United Nations report which called for the greenback to be replaced as the global reserve currency by the International Monetary Fund’s special drawing rights (SDRs).

The dollar’s trend of moving inversely to the stock market has seemingly been snapped, with the Dow Jones falling over 100 points at one stage today. However, as soon as markets began to claw back losses, the greenback failed to follow suit, indicating that whichever way markets move, the dollar is in big trouble.

The UN report called for “abandoning the U.S. dollar as the main global reserve currency, saying it has been unable to safeguard value,” according to Reuters.

“A new global reserve system could be created, one that no longer relies on the United States dollar as the single major reserve currency,” stated the report, adding that this new system should not be based on a basket of currencies, but on IMF-controlled SDR’s.

More bad news for America is good news for Resident Obama.

The Obama Administration knows very well that passing the financial reform bill is not going to improve the unemployment picture, or solve the economic crisis, or even prevent the stock market from crashing again. Yet they rushed it through without fixing the root cause of the economic crisis—the influence of the hedge fund short sellers that are organized in the Managed Funds Association (MFA), the most powerful special interest group in America.

Billionaire George Soros is one of its most prominent members.

If anything, the passing of this financial reform bill is a guarantee that the U.S. economy is not going to recover, and that the stock market will crash again and again and again, leading to more job losses and increased unemployment.

Why are they doing this? Tim Geithner just gave you the answer. They do not want the United States of America to drive global growth anymore. And that is in alignment with the agenda of George Soros, the MFA, and the Center for American Progress, which I call the Center for American Destruction. They are bursting what George Soros calls the bubble of American supremacy in order to achieve global equilibrium among nations.

It’s also called international socialism.

They do not want America to be the global economic leader anymore. They will “redistribute” America’s greatness to other economies, namely China and Russia, to achieve a balance of power by transferring our technology and technological advantage to them.

Obama is carrying the water for George Soros and the MFA. He is lobbying the European world leaders to continue stimulus spending, borrowing and printing more money to replace the $11 trillion that has been looted from the U.S. economy, as well as an additional $3 trillion looted from our European allies and world economy, for a total of $14 trillion.

The final outcome of all this unsustainable spending and debt will be the collapse of the global capitalist system, the collapse of America and her European allies preceded by the greatest stock market crash of all time.

The Dow will collapse to 2000. It will be the “I have fallen and I can’t get up” level.

Unless corrective action is taken and taken fast, George Soros will prevail in his quest for the destruction of the global capitalist system and permanently transfer global economic leadership from the West to East, from America to China.

Carrying out this agenda is your President, Barack Obama.
