Law Offices of Orly Taitz
4th District Court of Appeal notified Attorney Orly Taitz that it will  hold an oral argument in the case Orly Taitz v Barack Obama, Diane Feinstein, E. Emken. The oral argument will be scheduled in the next 4 months.
The case revolves around a complaint of elections fraud filed by Attorney Orly Taitz who ran for the U.S. Senate in the state of CA. Over 200 pages of complaint and other pleadings show that Barack Obama placed his name on the ballot in the state of CA based on fraud and use of a stolen Connecticut Social Security number and forged IDs, such as a forged Selective Service Certificate, Forged birth certificate and so on. He defrauded the people of the state of CA  by asserting his U.S citizenship and legitimacy for the position of the U.S. President based on forged and stolen IDs. Additionally, Taitz brought forward evidence of one and a half million invalid voter registrations in CA. The evidence came from official database provided to Taitz, as a candidate for office by the Secretary of State and analyzed by a former relational data analyst for NATO and a computer data expert. More information on this case is available on the web site for Taitz  OrlyTaitzESQ.com  All of the constitutional challenges are brought pro bono.
