Supreme Court upholds DNA swabbing of people under arrest - U.S. News

Now that the Supreme(less) Court has ruled, if you could arrest Obama then you could get his DNA to resolve his Birther Issue.  Can he be arrested for using forged Social Security Number and/or Selective Service Records?

Sounding better all the time.  This could be a better ruling for America than the ObamaCare Tax.
