It looks like the Patriot Act was written for Patriotic Government Officials, not the Obama Regime.
At this point, it isn't clear Snowden has released anything that wasn't written in the law, but only exposed that the corrupt Regime was routinely using it because it was "legal" even if it wasn't ethical.
The legislation is being used in a way they never contemplated by Unethical Government Officials.
As we have seen on many occasions and especially in this case, Ethics is not associated with this Regime, or it's Liberal Party.
