Now an assistant attorney general at the U.S. Department of Justice, Perez is a former top aide to the late Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-Mass.) and possibly a perjurer, which makes him a perfect fit for the ethically-challenged Obama cabinet.Republicans are just slow learners.
