This is really good news for a change.
Will Obama, and this Shadow Government, finally be exposed world wide for their lack of qualifications, considering the title and power they have illegally acquired.
This incompetent "leader" runs for cover again, to divert the blame for his non existent pro American foreign policy, his lack of pro American leadership, and his desire to reduce Americas world wide standing, capability, and image.
Now for the good news.
This provides voters an opportunity to see who in Congress is just as Incompetent and anti American as this Regime, by watching each of their actions, not their "rhetoric."
Since Congress is made up of multiple individuals who have to take a stand, we might find out before the next Selection who they really are and whether they represent America, or the Washington Establishment that selected Obama and the RINO's.
The failure of this Residents foreign policy (lead from behind, or more accurately with his behind) is just another "High Crimes and Misdemeanor" of this Regime.

President Obama wants America involved in Syria’s civil war pitting the antagonistic Assad regime against equally antagonistic Al Qaeda affiliated rebels. But he’s not quite sure which side is doing what, what the ultimate end game is, or even whose side we should be on. Haven’t we learned? WAGs don’t work in war.
We didn’t intervene when over 100,000 Syrians were tragically slaughtered by various means, but we’ll now intervene to avenge the tragic deaths of over 1,000 Syrians killed by chemical weapons, though according to the White House we’re not actually planning to take out the chemical weapons because doing so would require “too much of a commitment.”
President Obama wants to do what, exactly? Punish evil acts in the form of a telegraphed air strike on Syria to serve as a deterrent? If our invasion of Iraq wasn’t enough of a deterrent to stop evil men from using chemical weapons on their own people, why do we think this will be?
The world sympathizes with the plight of civilians tragically caught in the crossfire of this internal conflict. But President Obama’s advertised war plan (which has given Assad enough of a heads-up that he’s reportedly already placing human shields at targeted sites) isn’t about protecting civilians, and it’s not been explained how lobbing U.S. missiles at Syria will help Syrian civilians.
Do we really think our actions help either side or stop them from hurting more civilians?
We have no clear mission in Syria. There’s no explanation of what vital American interests are at stake there today amidst yet another centuries-old internal struggle between violent radical Islamists and a murderous dictatorial regime, and we have no business getting involved anywhere without one.
And where’s the legal consent of the people’s representatives? Our allies in Britain have already spoken. They just said no. The American people overwhelmingly agree, and the wisdom of the people must be heeded.
Our Nobel Peace Prize-winning President needs to seek Congressional approval before taking us to war. It’s nonsense to argue that, “Well, Bush did it.” Bull. President Bush received support from both Congress and a coalition of our allies for “his wars,” ironically the same wars Obama says he vehemently opposed because of lack of proof of America’s vital interests being at stake.
Bottom line is that this is about President Obama saving political face because of his “red line” promise regarding chemical weapons.
As I said before, if we are dangerously uncertain of the outcome and are led into war by a Commander-in-chief who can’t recognize that this conflict is pitting Islamic extremists against an authoritarian regime with both sides shouting “Allah Akbar” at each other, then let Allah sort it out. v ####

U.S. district Judge Ellen L. Hollander granted the request of the Department of Justice, who on behalf of their client, United States of America, asked for additional time to respond to a 2 page motion for summary judgment filed by Attorney Orly Taitz in a case Taitz v Colvin. What’s interesting is that the request for additional time was received by Attorney Taitz today on September 26, however it was already granted by the judge on September 23. The request was granted 3 days before it was even seen by the Plaintiff, before plaintiff had any opportunity to oppose it.
The request relates to the Appeal of the denial by the SSA to release the SS-5, application for the CT SSN 042-68-4425 of Harry Bounel, which Obama fraudulently used in his 2009 tax returns. US attorney on behalf for the SSA claimed that they do not have such application for the Social Security number. This statement was filed by the US Attorney Rod Rosenstein and contained the sworn affidavit by FOIA officer Dawn Wiggins.You can't trust anyone in Obama Times?
Taitz responded by providing a prior letter by the same Dawn Wiggins, where Wiggins admitted that she has the required document, however she claimed that she cannot release it due to concerns of privacy and she needs a consent of Bounel. Taitz provided census information showing that Bounel was born in 1890, 123 years ago, and provided SSA rules and regulations, showing that SSA has to release documents of “extremely aged” individuals who were born over 120 years ago. As such SSA had to release the SSN application of Harry Bounel for CT SSN 042-68-4425, which Obama is fraudulently using.
Based on the latest order the response is due on September 16.

During the interview Joy Malbon asked me repeatedly in regards to eligibility. I told her that the courts did not rule on the merits yet., that we did not find one honest judge yet who would address on the merits the issue of Obama’s use of a Social Security number, which was never assigned to him and his use of fabricated IDs. I told her that I have 8 cases going on and the judges did not address the official failed e-verify of Obama and sworn affidavits of experts and law enforcement officials showing Obama using fabricated IDs. Since Obama’s eligibility was not ruled on the merits yet in 5 years, there is no telling how long it will take the courts to address the eligibility of Ted Cruz.
I suspect the Liberals will get a ruling to disqualify Ted Cruz just as soon as they can make sure it isn't a ruling that is unfavorable to Obama. That is going to be difficult to do, unless the court rules anything is eligible as long as you are black.I also advised her that the Supreme Court of the U.S. so far did not address this issue, that there is evidence that 5 out of 9 justices never receiving the pleadings and documents, as I got 5 packages back. I explained to her that the Supreme Court has to address the issue of dual citizenship at birth.

Please, find attached a 146 page file, which shows Mr. Barack Obama using a Social Security number 042-68-4425, which failed E-verified and was never assigned to him, using a fabricated Selective Service Certificate with a fabricated cancellation USPS postal stamp affixed and a computer generated forgery instead of a valid birth certificate.
According to Mr. Obama’s biography, which he submitted to his publisher Acton-/Dystal, he was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia. This biography was kept on line and in print until 2007, when Mr. Obama decided to run for the U.S. Presidency and needed to be “a natural born citizen”, born in the US.
At issue is a flagrant forgery of records of National Archives under your supervision. As you can see in the attached Exhibit 18, archives of the immigration records July 28, 1961-August 7, 1961 microfilm RG 85 A3573 INS, Honolulu, HI Arrivals July 28.1961- August 7, 1961, part of the microfilm was removed from the National Archives. After multiple requests for explanation and complaints, as to why all the other records for 1961 exist, while the records for the week of August2-7, 1961are missing there was further falsification of the records as the label on the cover of the aforementioned microfilm was falsified.
This is particularly suspect, as according to Mr. Obama’s own admission in his aforementioned biography, Mr. Obama was born in Kenya and the week of August 2-7 would be the week of his arrival in the U.S....

I believe the Russian, Putin, can play the Community Organizing Game on the World Wide stage better than the Kenyan, Obama, can. Obama may have more resources with US access and the Liberal/Socialist Party supporting him, but he is not in Putin's league when it comes to individual experience, knowledge, and credibility.
It is possible that those pulling Obama's strings may be able to compete with Putin, but can they do it on a world wide stage with a campaign puppet?

Here is my answer: We are seeing now 5 years of documented complete corruption of the US government, including the U.S. Judiciary, dismantling of the rule of law, United States of America descending into the mob rule and the rule of a criminal enterprise.
Multiple high ranking judges had and have now in front of them clear undeniable evidence showing Barack Obama using:
1. a stolen CT Social Security number 042-68-4425
2. using fabricated Selective Service Certificate with a fabricated cancellation US stamp
3. using a fabricated birth certificate. Judges are covering it up.
We are seeing judges covering up multiple instances of fraud, manipulating the docket, giving advanced notices to one party in a case, while keeping orders un-docketed for days, covering up the fact that in a number of instances court reporters are falsifying the transcripts.
In the Third Circuit high ranking judges going up to the Chief Judge of the Circuit, Judge McKee, covered up the fact that a court reporter removed 14 pages from the official court transcript to benefit a party in a litigation, which makes the court itself criminally complicit to the falsification of the official court records and it is done specifically in a case filed to attack me, launched as a collateral attack on me.
In CA a Federal judge keeps on the docket of a case an attorney listed as a lead attorney after the license of such attorney was suspended and the judge was notified about it, the judge allows such individual to list on the official transfer of attorney a suspended license as if it is a valid law license and the judge signs off on it and makes the US District court complicit in allowing the use of a suspended license, as if it is a valid law license . When I see such complete lawlessness in the court of law, my response in regards to Ted Cruz, that it does not matter any more, whether the candidate is eligible. We have no rule of law any more.
If this continues, we simply should do the best to bring to the White House someone, who will not aim to destroy the US economy and US defense. There are a few individuals who are not perfect, but who make some sense. Among them are Dr. Ben Carson, Governor of WI Scott Walker, Senator from Utah Mike Lee and Senator from TX Ted Cruz. While Rand Paul makes sense from time to time, he flip flopped on mega amnesty and therefore I am questioning whether he can be trusted.
If, on the other hand, we will see the judges starting to actually use the rule of law and not the rule of criminal enterprise, if we will see Obama being found liable for fraud and use of stolen and fabricated IDs, if we will see Obama criminally prosecuted and sent to prison, if we will see all of his accomplices sent to prison, then we will start talking about the eligibility of other candidates. So far we have a dictatorial regime of a criminal enterprise.Don't you wish you were that courageous and intelligent?

Selective Service response to FOIA request for information was received by Attorney Orly Taitz.The response is vague. Even though the Selective Service received a sworn affidavit of Jeffrey Stephan Coffman, former Chief Investigator of the Special Investigations unit of the U.S. Coast Guard, stating that Obama’s selective service registration is a fabricated document, Selective Service administration chose to side step the issue of forgery and simply stated that they cannot produce anything in response to FOIA, as they never filed a complaint with any law enforcement agency. One would expect them to respond whether they did an investigation and what is their conclusion and response in regards to evidence of forgery found by a top governmental official in Obama’s Selective Service Certificate, however they simply stated that they did not file a complaint with law enforcement. Further responses are expected from the FBI, Department of Treasury, U.S. Congress and 8 different courts. Public will be provided an update.Selective Service is on board too. "See no evil, hear no evil, and SPEAK no evil!"

That information was shared with at least one man, Lieutenant Quarles Harris Jr., who was found shot to death just nine days after Obama’s confession and a little over a month following the breach.
