This is the way for this Statist Regime to make sure that Congress passes the Continuing Resolution. Watch for smoke and mirrors as they want the money and leverage, but will not take the responsibility for Defense "policy." Someone else must be responsible.
The standard vote for Obama will be PRESENT which is his History.
If you want to understand this "crisis" just remember the ultimate objective is advance chaos, reduce America's importance in World opinion, and advance control by Obama's Shadow Government.
