We can control elections, the markets, banking, the courts, the schools, the media, Congressional Investigations, and their legislation, but we can't find Boston Terrorist, Terrorist in the Army (Workplace Violence),  or Benghazi murders.  We are so efficient that we can close down 19 Embassies and not apprehend a single individual.  "Good Work" if you can get it.

Snowden may be right--at least Russia is openly Communist so people know where they stand.  That's more than you can say for this Regime. 

Heck, we still think Obama, with no experience, no documents, and and no credibility, was elected twice with fair elections.
